I recently brought my 1999 Honda Odyssey for a transmission repair. The reason I brought the vehicle back to them was because they had initially rebuilt the transmission and it only lasted 36,000 miles. Of course, it was out of warranty. We brought it to them to be repaired on July 17th to be rebuilt again and they charged us $1934.20. We picked it up on July 24th and it lasted one day. It was leaking everywhere on my driveway. We took it back the next day, and we were told they could not fix it that day and to bring it back on Monday. We took it back on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and we were told by Rod and Michael Frankum, Manager again that they we busy and could not get a technician to repair the vehicle due to their scheduling problem. We were very inconvenience by this. Not only that but the car would suddenly stop which was a safety hazard. We went there today, Aug. 8th and made them take it back to fix. We are awaiting to see if they will actually repair the problem or if they are going to give us the run-around again. I will keep you posted but if you were smart, you better think twice before letting them make any repairs to your vehicle.

In 3 years, I brought my car into America's Best Transmission on 4 occasions and am still having issues with my car's transmission. Mr. David Farrow, the owner, has billed for 3 different repairs in 3 years and it is still not working correctly. I recommend to the owner he should change the companies name to "America's Worst Transmission" to reflect the truth in advertising. I would never recommend this company for doing any kind of work on a car.

My mother has had to go to Americas best three times spending over 5,500 dollars to get her transmission fixed. We thought they were good people but found out they were not. when we went to pay for the THIRD trans we showed the guy behind the counter an 18 month no extra cost warranty that they had on their web sight and he said he could care less. On top of that it took them over two weeks to fix the car. They said it would only take a couple days, the car was sitting in the parking lot for about five days before they even began working on it. please Save your money and have it done the right way and go somewhere else! thank you.

My transmission went out on me and I took it to a few other places before settling on Americas Best. Its really my fault because I did no research on this shop, but after meeting the owner who appears to be a one of Gods children as I am, I also had to get a loan for this transmission job so I would not deplete my savings. (Long story short) Got the loan and again decided to go with them based on the loan company's approval of the shop. They spoke very highly of this shop(Long story shorter)1.Car was never repaired to manufacture specs even for a rebuild job. 2.Took my car back at least 12 times from the begining of the warranty passed the warranty period(he kept trying to fix what they knew they had NO EXPERTISE nor THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT to fix it with 3. Lost days of Vacation due to my truck being there, Oh and did I forget to mention that everytime I went back within a 3-6 month period, there were several personnel changes and different people working on the truck, (If you are a tech/mechanic in that area you know where this place is and who I'm talking about. Sad part is that the owner is well known and has been in the community and his church for a while and appears to be a pillar of his community. Truth is he is just another person with finance enough to remain open and operating under a name that is no longer a pillar in any community.(Good note)During my many trips there, I spoke with several people and actually saved 1 customer from Americas Worst Transmission....

When the clutch went out on my vehicle I called around and got lots of prices. Russell the manager of America's Best Transmissions quoted me a great price and he said he could get the vehicle in and out the same day. He kept to his word. They are great friendly people that do great work. Would highly recommend
