Such a great experience! I've never ordered promotional items before, so I was a bit scared that something would go wrong. The customer service girl (I know her name, just don't know if she wants it on here) was SO helpful. She walked me through choosing a bag for my event since I had no idea what I really needed. My bags arrived when they promised and they look great. I am so pleased with this whole experience.

This company is unethical and outrageously unprofessional. A business colleague of mine asked that I order bags for an event he was managing. The pricing on their website does not match the price in reality once charged for the bags, the customer service is POOR, and the management is highly incompetent of resolving issues that arise along the way of ordering your bags (ISSUES WILL ARISE, GUARANTEED). Unfortunately, I had several problems throughout the ordering process and none resolved. Getting someone to return my call was a challenge of its own. The customer service clerks along with their supervisor speak poorly and seem to be an uneducated group of individuals, the supervisor barely speaks English and didn't seem to comprehend anything being conveyed to him, getting a point across to him was impossible and he was quite rude. The end result of ordering from APlasticbag.com was highly disappointing, I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible product. The custom bags they printed were wrong and they refused a reprint. Terrible customer service- it took over a week for an answer. Furthermore, they are trying to invoice us more for an over run on the bags. We've been in business 11 years and have NEVER had such a bad experience with a vendor.
