AREA Printing and Design

This is one of the worst experiences ever. They printed my order without receiving my authorization first, and when I asked for corrections to be made they refused stating I took too long (less than 20 days). When I received my order they printed the wrong logo. Not to mention the argumentative attitude. Not helpful or compromising. Will never do business with them again.

I called to order reciept from this company and ask for differnt options that they could suggest. and they did not want to help so I cancelled my request for an estimate and below is the rediculous response i got from there company.

I was literally calling and emailing dozens of printing companies and wasn't getting any word back. Area was the only one to get back to me and they have been very helpful with explaining different types of printing and what would work best for me at this time. While we decided Area wasn't a good fit for my company at this time, they actually put me in touch with a company that will be exactly what I need. I will definitely be back for larger scale work when my business grows!

I have been using this company for all of my design and printing needs. They have created my printed portfolio which sells jobs for me and looks completely professional. Totally recommended. Call me directly if you would like to get a personal referral.

Poor customer service, poor follow up. 3-day rush job took 2 weeks. Read other reviews on citysearch
