Over the years I have had multiple vets for my many cats & dogs. I have learned much from the vets especially how to recognize symptoms
of problems in my babies. Dr. Levinson and her staff have filled me with information. She is the best vet I have ever had. My husband and I are continually amazed by her compassion, her love and her care for all animals that she comes into cantact with. She and her office staff, Abe, and the others in her staff are constantly in contact with us whether it is to let us know test results, to inquire about a sick animal or just to let us know when visits need to be scheduled. I just cannot say how much Dr. Levinson means to us and our babies. We moved several years ago and we travel 30 to 45 minutes to see Dr. Levinson. I think that says enough about the loyalty of her clients.

Dr. Livenson's "bedside manner" was condescending, belittling, and rude. I was there for 1 hour and 35 minutes to have my dog get shots. I heard her questioning the staff outside the room and getting annoyed that they hadn't asked enough questions, etc. As I listened, I wanted to open the door and say, I am right here, just ask me instead of chastising your employees. My dog did not feel comfortable at all, nor did Dr. Livenson strive to make him feel comfortable. She made me feel like a failure as a dog owner; I rescued my dog who would have been put down if I had not taken him in. She told me that "I see dogs like this all time, and there is no reason why they should live like this thisI see them put down all the time." She made me feel like I was terrible and a failure. I was almost in tears, but I held it in until I got in the car. She is terrible. My father is a physician, and if his demeanor was anything like hers, he would work in a dilapidated building off Concord Road just like Dr. Livenson.

I have been bringing my dog to see Dr. Levinson for a few years I can not say enough kind words to describe her and her clinic. My dog has had a few "emergencies" and Arkle has gotten her in right away and taken unbelievable care of her. They treat her as if she were their very own pet! Very detailed, knowledgeable, and great prices as well! Best vet I have ever used!!! Thank you!!!
