Poor communication, 8/16/2007

I contacted ATL Carpentry to get an estimate on our extensive restoration project for our house in April. Barry came by with many wonderful ideas and by the visit said we would have an estimate by... the end of the following week. Needless to say after making several return calls to him about our estmate he came by one evening a month later (unannounced) with a number written on the back of a business card that was a little higher than our initial budget. I called him a week later to ask for an itemized estimate and have not heard from him since.
