I went to this firm for assistance and after one conversation, heard nothing from them for months. When I did reach out to them again, they claimed they sent me information in regards to my case but when the mail was returned because I had moved, failed to follow up with a phone call to obtain my new address. They also argued with me that they did their duedilligence in contacting me which is a flat out lie. Do not trust these people to assist you in any manner if there is not a ton of money to be made off of your suffering. I also find some of the responses to bad review rather disturbing. To discuss a client's mental health with the internet is rather unethical. But would I expect any less from this group? No. UPDATE: In response to the reply from Atlanta Trial Lawyers, I have to say that is a flat out lie. It seems that all they are capable of are blanket dismissal remarks because they are trying to save face when people point out that they do not do their jobs. In my opinion, they should be brought before the bar association.

This client failed to communicate with us. They were impossible to please. The review is not indicative of their representation or our law firm. We are available to meet in person for free every day of the week. This client would not assist us in representing them.
These are the most manipulative narcissistic, lying and false even to your 3 appointed attorneys and contract, will postpone your case, in your desparate NEED, take all your money, and violate contract with NO rationale, then threaten you if you ask for reason-your belongings-evidence, and monies to be returned. RUN-they play on your dire need-give you false hope. great car sales people, horrible attorneys. They are 0/5, not worthy of poor rating or 1 star

As seen by our 47 reviews and website, we have been in business for 15 years and have successfuly handled thousands of the most difficult and troubled client issues imaginable. Once or twice a year we unfortunately represent a very troubled individual who is impossible to assist despite our best efforts to help them through their complex issues. When a client has a mental health issue, it is sometimes impossible to get them to help themselves, and as such, they want to take their life issues out on our firm as they have done with their review. This particular client was given excellent representation by one of our top lawyer's, was given a payment plan, discounted fee, and everything else they could ask for from us. Unfortunately, due to their own issues and actions, they hurt their case and now look to blame everyone but themselves. We did all that we could and do not appreciate the lack of personal responsibility exhibited by this client in their review. Our other reviews are clearer to our abilities.
I was very impressed from the start with Mr. Grant because of his timely response and eagerness for a resolution. His professional ability to represent me in the court system was worth just watching!! Thank you Mr. Grant!

Jimmy Grant and ATLG did a wonderful job for me and my family in a difficult situation. He was both understanding and supportive. His knowledge and ability to explain the nuances of a divorce case were of great use to me. He is very dedicated to his clients and relentlessly pursues the best course of action for each situation. I would recommend Jimmy Grant and ATLG wholeheartedly and if I have need, would gladly retain him again.

Mr. Grant and the ATLG handled a considerable legal issue for my family. Before engaging Mr. Grant, we were confident that this issue would cripple our immediate future (as well as spoiling the Holidays). Mr. Grant took immediate charge of the issue, explained the path forward and how he expected to address the issue with the other party. Without Mr. Grant's legal insight and valuable advice, we would have surely faced an uncertain future.

After being charged with a super speeder, court and heavy fines were in my near future, along with the possibility that my license would be taken away. After much hard work, Mr. Grant was able to not only take away my court appearance, but he reduced my speed of 85mph to 69mph (in a 55mph area), which then lowered my fines a great deal. Being a college student, this was tremendously helpful. After working some more magic, Mr. Grant basically made the whole situation disappear, seeing as nothing will ever show up on my record. Did the super speeder even happen? Not sure - there is no proof (;.

During such a difficult time in my life, I was incredibly grateful to have such wonderful representation! They maintained constant, clear communication with me throughout the almost 9-month long process. Not only did they provide excellent service, they were very personable, and most importantly, congruent with my values - honesty and integrity. I am very grateful for Atlanta Trial Lawyers Group!!!

Helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Jimmy Grant and Atlanta Trial Lawyers Group know what they are doing and will get the job done for you. I was so pleased with the outcome of my case and I have Jimmy to thank for that. Jimmy got my citation reduced so that it does not report on my driving history, got the fine reduced and set it up so that I didn't even have to show up in court. I am so happy that I decided to have Atlanta Trial Lawyers Group represent me.

After a long and arduous case Jimmy Grant displayed poise, Skill and a wide breadth of legal knowledge resulting in legal and emotional closure. Throughout the course of the case Jimmy Grant provided needed guidance and assurance as emotions seemed to conflict with ultimate goals. Kudos to Jimmy and team for a job well done.

How many attorneys ask their clients to contact the creditor after taking a retainer? All the emails and calls were to collect more money for not doing anything. You may have got an agreement in 3 hours but it was for twice the amount. I specifically asked you negotiate but you said will do that later. Why would anyone re-nogotiate an agreement down when they have an agreement with higher amount? I am waiting to hear from Ga Bar and I will see you at the hearing.

Perfect representation of this very difficult client. Successfully settled and won this client's issue within 3 hours of being hired. The client then failed to follow through with their end of the settlement agreement with the opposing party, and now wants to complain. Client also failed to pay our fee balance even after we successfully settled. Client would not return calls, emails or letters despite our successful efforts on their behalf. Perfect representation of an impossible client.
I was impressed by the knowledgable and efficient communication that I did not find from previous attorneys that I consulted. The result they got me was better than what I have expected.

Summary: * Reasonable fee * Prompt, thorough communication * Excellent results While visiting ATL, I fell into a traffic ticket trap. I am a professional driver and want to maintain my clean driving record. By paying the ticket, I plead guilty. I live 1,100 miles away, so I needed legal help. Enter the Atlanta Trial Lawyers Group. They charged a reasonable flat fee. After an initial phone consultation, we handled everything through email. Every email was answered promptly, always the same day, sometimes in minutes. After they appeared in court on my behalf, I received a call telling me that everything had been satisfactorily resolved. I had to pay a fine, but the points were dropped. Grateful. Garmin users: from 4-6 pm do not turn left onto Piedmont Ct from Piedmont Ave, there'll be a cop there waiting.

After an unpleasant couple of years going through a tough custody case, Adam's court presentation resulted in a successful outcome for my family. Alexa was a great liaison and an excellent attorney, sorting through many hundreds of pages of information with me to distill the issues effectively. Adam is great in court and the firm kept me informed throughout the case. I am more than relieved-the firm helped me get my life back. Instead of feeling desperate and with no direction, now I can live my life moving forwards! I can not recommend them highly enough, they took my very difficult case and fought back against the aggression of the other attorney calmly but forcefully, and successfully. Thank you Adam and your team!
