Also tried to schedule a 1 hour message to use Living Social voucher that doesn't expire for almost 3 months. The manager, Eve, indicated only 2 dates were available (in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and Thursday) 2 months away. She indicated I could be put on a waiting list or pay more to come on one of their "theme" days. I have never had such a poor experience using a discount voucher before. Do NOT go to this place!!!

I have been contacting them for 3 1/2 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I even went there one day and found there were approximately five employees standing around in the front of the office, but no one was able to help me. The receptionist said she would take my name and number and a manager would get back with me within 24 hours. 96 hours later, I called and left yet another message. Two days later I received a phone call from the manager, Eve. She understood my voucher expired 4 days prior, but informed me they would still honor it. She said she would call me back that same afternoon, but didn't. I called 6 days later and left a another message. 3 days later, I called again and finally spoke with someone-Victoria. After putting me on the schedule, I informed her of my voucher and she said they would not be able to honor it. I explained to her what the manager said to me and she proceeded to cut me off and give her statement. She continuously placed me on hold and then, with an attitude, told me she would pass along my information to Eve and she "may or may not get back to me." She hung up the phone as I was speaking. I received a call from the manager stating, Victoria, an employee, informed her on their Living Social policy and that she has no record of telling me they would honor the voucher, so they won't honor it. I'm completely dissatisfied with this place, how I was treated and their unprofessional staff! Really, save yourself the hassle!

This company is impossible to contact, tries to impose hidden fees, changed addresses after the deal, and did not answer the phone before an appointment. The owner refused to give us the address when we finally got hold of them (until after their 15 minute late appointment window). In addition, the owner was incredibly rude and actually pushed us out of the business at one point.

WAY overbooked. There is a small love seat in the tiny waiting room that had 4 people waiting when I arrived. LOTS of attitude. POOR service. "Eh" Massage. Hidden Fees - (example: "aromatherapy day" $15 charge). Also, the massage room was freezing. I would NEVER go back, no matter what the deal. Beware. You're better off paying a bit more and going to massage envy.

I get that most people who write reviews do it because they've had an unpleasant experience, and mine is one of those, but I can rave about a business about as much as I can rant about it. I also seemed to be unable to get in touch with the business (their mailbox was always full and no one ever answered the phone). I booked online and showed up early to my appointment only to be informed that my appointment had been cancelled because I hadn't paid for an upgrade I hadn't asked for, hadn't been prompted to pay for, and didn't want. They insisted that it must have been an oversight on my part (their words) because the day I had scheduled for was dedicated to aromatherapy only-- I've scoured the website, there's nothing there to indicate this information. They said they had no availability until after August (I booked in July) unless I wanted an upgrade...? No, I didn't. They wouldn't let me reschedule in office-- I'd have to reschedule with the website that was what got me in the mess to begin with. They took down my information and said they'd call me back that afternoon with information about any upcoming availability... several afternoons have passed since then, and I'd love to call, but it all goes to voice mail. I can't speak about the masseuses-- they may give a great service, but I'll never know because the running of the business itself is terrible. Seriously, you get better service from a massage chain-- try them instead.

Have been trying to book an appointment for more than two months. This place ran a coupon special that apparently overwhelmed them or they just offer really bad customers service. They dont answer their phone. They don't return phone calls when you leave a message. Website booking site only shows appointments 7 months in the future. Website is up some days and others not. Coupon company has had so many complaints that they are willing to offer refunds at least. And recently this business just ran another coupon special. What a terrible way to do business. My recommendation is don't buy the coupon and avoid this establishment.

This was my first time getting a massage from Yves. I felt very comfortalbe and relaxed with her Im ready to go back and see her again!!! Got to love those who support their military! Check her out!

Caring and Effective. The two words that first come to mind when I think of my experience at the Atlanta Institute. Yves and her staff of talented people show real kindness and concern for the needs of their clients. But the bottom line...they get the job done! A session with Mo left me relaxed and dare I say, on my way to healing some old wounds. Two thumbs (and anything else I can find) up!
