Chad provided excellent, timely service in assisting with trapping a opossum. He came out the day I called, set the trap, and also had John come to retrieve the animal as soon as it was trapped. I was able to know it was released safely and humanely far away from my home. I highly recommend Atlanta Wildlife Solutions.
I hired this company on 2/10 to exclude my house. I really did not want trapping just exclusion, but they had it lumped together in the quote. It was not the lowest quote I got, but John seened knowlegable, so we hired him. At this point he came out for the trap checks as schedules. He was to do exclusion on 2/20 and he canceled, it was nice weather, same on 2/21. He said he would come on 2/23, didn't call didn't show up. On 2/24-2/26 is was bad weather. Didn't come 2/27. I contacted the owner and let him know I was unhappy. He said he would come 2/28. At 1pm he still wasn't there, I contacted the owner, he accidently began I three way text that contained inapprioate refrences to drinking and why the job wasn't done. In the meantime we had a dead rat smell that started a day after the last trap check. My husband had to find the rat, because john overlooked it. John did remove it. We I let the owner know given the lack of throughness and poor customer service I asked for a reduction in our rate. Instead of offering $50 or $100 I was told that he was losing money on the job (for which I had gotten lower quotes) and had john leave and not do the job. He says of my $500 deposit he is going to give me back $125 - stating trapping is $375. I will likely contact a lawyer, since he breached his contract with me for a full refund. Very unprofessional and untimely. Not sure about the missed rat, John seems good, but we did end up with rat smell. Steer clear.
Blatant liar on 2/20 it was sleeting out! We can't work in freezing temps. We have been fighting the weather for the entire month. Just Google the weather for those days and you will see there was a severe storm warning in effect. We arrived at her house to complete job today, customer complained and wanted 200$ off 1000$ exclusion that we sold at a lower rate to help her out, she has 6 kids. After she tried calling my cell phone she could not reach me as it was charging she became mean and nasty. she stated "We tried to reach you for a 1/2 hour, I can't post phone log on My husband was able to locate the dead rat, john removed it. At this point I believe the remaining price for service should be reduced. Let me know what you think is fair.here but her husband called me 4 times in a two minute span. Also a snap trap had hit a rat and it was able to get away and die in a remote area of the attic. The boyfriend went into attic to help look for it, and we removed it. I also placed calls to customers phone and I could never reach her when I called, as her voicemail was not set up. She never called me on phone since she hired our company to do the job. This was a horrible experience for us and we like other companies wish we could please 100% of the customers, however some are not a good fit for us to do work for.

AWS came out to solve our rodent problem, they did just that, John and Chad sealed our home for roof rats and provided us with an affordable quote and warranty. They arrived on time and quickly solved our problem. Highly recommend for rodent removal services.
Chad and crew took great care in showing where the rats were getting in the house, coming up with a plan to get them out and keep them out, and cleaning up the mess those nasty rats had made in the attic. They were very fair in pricing and Chad is very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone in need of getting rid of unwanted critters.
The Best! Chad and his team came out to resolve the scratching that had been going on in my attic for some time. He got all the rats out, cleaned the attic and sealed the house. He was so professional and knowledgeable and I haven't heard anything since. I had received quotes from 2 other companies, and he was definitely the best choice. I would highly recommend.
Chad came out for some rats in my attic. Quoted my $2900 for trapping and exclusion. He and his tech were more than one hour late for 3 consecutive appointments with very poor communication. I fired him, asking for the unused portion of my $800 deposit (they had placed 18 $3 traps and made two trips to check them). He sent text messages 1) threatening to sue me, 2) refusing any refund, 3) demanding payment in full for work not done, 4) offering a discount, and 5) claiming to have purchased materials, though I had moments before confirmed with his tech that those purchases had not been made. Not only is he needlessly combative, but he invokes clearly unenforceable clauses of the "contract" I signed that state that customer has to pay in full even if the order is canceled (watch out for that!). I asked for delivery of the supposedly purchased materials since in theory I had paid for them, but got no response on that matter. I will try to post an image of the messages later so people can decide for themselves, but wanted to get this up STAT to help others avoid his business. Incidentally, his website says he is BBB accredited, but clicking through to the BBB shows this is untrue. Response to his comments below: If indeed he purchased materials, he has failed to deliver them other than the traps. He has since my above comments threatened to sue me for slander, send the sheriff after me and even texted me a picture of a lawyer's office. Heck of a way to deal with a customer.
On December 31 2014 Mr. Jonathon McMurry hired our company to perform an exclusion for roof rats, the rats have been there for a long time as evidence of traps were observed. Mr. McMurray agreed to the terms on the contract he signed, now stating via text he signed it under "duress". We explained to him we would trap the rats first before starting the exclusion repairs which he agreed to. He wrote us a check for 800.00 for the exclusion deposit, normally we obtain 50% but felt comfortable only taking a fraction of the money, since he is a Professor at Kennesaw State. We set 18 traps in attic and we scheduled to come back to check them, which on the first visit we caught 3 large roof rats, traps were rebaited to protocol. There were no rats caught on the 2nd visit and we scheduled the repairs. This morning the repairs were scheduled, I told customer we would arrive around 9am to start performing the exclusion. At no time did myself or my technician tell customer he was required to be there for us to perform the exclusion. After texting Mr. McMurry that we were running behind and would be out there shortly, he texted us back stating that he wanted to cancel the contracted work. I am sorry but I cannot control Atlanta traffic or other unforeseeable issues that can cause our company to become an hour late, which we communicated to Mr. McMurry when we were running behind. Materials were purchased for the job, despite the customer's blatant lies. We even offered a discount for being an hour late, however he just wanted to make excuses for not moving forward with the job, most likely finding a cheaper company or handy man to to do the work after hiring our company. Fortunately most customers we deal with are truthful, honest, and have integrity. Mr. McMurray lacks the common principles of ethics,which I will be writing a letter to Kennesaw State University regarding his conduct.
While at my family's vacation house at Lake Lanier I investigated a noise coming from the attic. I quickly shut the door & ran down the stairs the second I got a glimpse of something big flying around. Not being familiar with the area I googled critter removal & called all the relevant companies in the vicinity. Chad, the owner of Atlanta Wildlife Solutions called back almost immediately. He came out the same day, assessed the problem & explained the remediation process. He was also kind enough to take the time to calm my fears & answer all my questions. Chad & his crew quickly got to work & removed the uninvited house guests & repaired all the damage in a timely manner. Chad came out September of last year for my rodent issue. He took my money, $375.00 without doing the work in September, 2013. He said he was not going to help me and would refund $300 since he wasn't coming back. I have gotten the run around ever since and I am still waiting for my $300 refund and it is July, 2014!
Mrs Moscato hired us to set traps, then changed her mind, stating her pest control person could do the same thing. There are no refunds per our contract on any trapping services, we will be happy to finish trapping for the specified time as stated on our contract.
Chad has come out to address new infestation after exclusion service four years ago. Warranty has expired, but we asked him to reinspect. Thank you for following up.
Unfortunately the tenants never said anything about squirrels chewing back in and they destroyed the attic insulation. Although it's out of warranty we will rid the house of squirrels and seal the hole they chewed into on exterior wood.
I searched online to find someone to remove a dead deer in my yard and Chad was the first to respond, in less than 5 minutes after I left a msg. Decent price and the deer is gone. I priced several others and Chad was faster and less expensive. And he completed the removal in 2 hours.
