I had rats in my house and a cat in my basement. THey came and sealed up the house to prevent these critters from coming back in.

There is nothing worse than waking up to the sound of a critter scratching inside your walls. The day after Christmas is a near impossible day to find companies open and willing to come to your house to help. Atlanta Wildlife Services came right over and took care of the squirrel in our walls. I recommend them to anyone in need of rodent solutions. They are reasonably priced and very timely. Thanks AWS.

AWS came to my house at the end of 2010 to deal with rodents invading my attic, at which time I was assured by the technician that the work came with a five-year warranty. I was initially quite satisfied with the service.

Over time, I noticed that the gutter-line flashing installed by AWS has been coming loose and tearing my shingles in a way that makes water accumulate inside the fascia board - not good.

Additionally, in recent weeks I have begun to hear rodent noise and have killed several rats inside the house with traps. On three separate occasions over several weeks I called the AWS main telephone number and left a polite message requesting that someone be sent out under the warranty to inspect the previous work. I have received absolutely zero communication in response.

I am extremely unimpressed with the long-term customer service from AWS, and had I known it would be this way I would have taken my business elsewhere.

We had a huge nest of European Hornets that had been built in some chest waders hanging under our deck. We needed it treated quickly. Chad came out and took care of everything. He was fast and responsive and his prices were very competitive. I would defiantly recommend Atlanta Wildlife Solutions to all of my friends and family.

I called Chad at 8am and by noon he was finished and problem solved. The price was very reasonable and service couldn't be better. I will use A.W.S. again if the need arises. Highly recommended.
