Hugely underbid, the expectation was not high. Job started the day after I paid half upfront, they kept good pace. Night before the pour: He asked for advance $$ to pay the pour. I expected this as the bid was so low. Unexpected: having to remind him to block out for the gas and ground as agreed. He asked to use my lumber for extra bracing - I said NO, it belonged to my 11 yr old for her project. Next a.m., mid pour: found my kid's lumber missing (took two times asking to get it replaced)& my electric ground covered...grr. concrete seemed ok. Next a.m. found hand done lines, not stamped + new dirt pile covering one corner. Underneath was a hole and embedded frame (see pic). After one coat of stain he asked if it was good, he wanted to seal it the following day. Brush marks, droplets, and drip lines on the unstained sides were obvious. I insisted he fix it. He tried (failed) to get me to pay extra + supply stain. Another coat later, he said done: ready to seal. The pics attached are his "finished" job minus sealant. I don't know concrete, but I do know that his work is crap. Had another concrete person evaluate: below sub-par. fixable to acceptable level within the $$ not yet paid on the estimate if I do the work myself. So: diligently, grossly incompetent at every level, not sure how he has a business OR eats. I've been very nice with this post because he is a fellow veteran. But, he made my kid cry by stealing from her. That's unforgivable.

This guy is very unprofessional. He didn't start the job when he was suppose to. Sends guys out to do work that have no clue what they are doing and he is never around to tell them how to do it. He only shows up when he needs more money. He still owes the guys who tore out my driveway money. He is by far a complete idiot. I would not recommend him to anyone ever
