After trying to pick up my car several times, I was finally told that it was ready and I could pick it up an hour after closing. In hindsight, I should have been a little more suspicious, but I was ready to have my car back. When I arrived, my car was squeezed in between the wall of their office and another vehicle. This is an important detail because there were two workers inside at the time (an hour after closing), and as soon as I returned home I realized that my car was SEVERELY VANDALIZED. Large markings were CARVED INTO MY CAR in three locations - vandalism that could NOT be missed. I tried calling Jamie several times - he either dodged my calls or did not return them (I left 3 messages over the course of 2 days). In the end, A Plus denied all responsibility and refused to address the issue.
