I had a coupon for a free oil change. They were extremely busy with "large" jobs. So I thought, I just make an appointment and come back another time. , thinking, that they will not stop their expensive jobs for my free oil change. WRONG. They offered me to come back after lunch and to do the oil change right away. Even though that they were so busy, they were able to change the oil in my car when I returned at the given time. I got there and they took my car right in. No wait in and out in 20 minutes. AWESOME PEOPLE AND SERVICE.

I heard some knocking noise in my engine or transmission. Something did not sound right, so I took car to dealer where it was purchased. The dealer warranty was out, and after the service department checked my car, they told me I needed a new engine, at a cost of over $9,000.00! I decided to take the car to Aamco of Duluth for a second opinion. And am glad I did. They did whatever diagnostic work they needed to and told me that after a thorough check they see no reason why I need a new engine. They did an oil change, a flush, replaced a sensor or something like that, and got me back on the road again, all for under $500.00! That was almost two weeks ago and the car has driven just fine since they repaired it.I would certainly recommend this business to anyone needing engine or transmission work done. They were courteous and professional to deal with, and I felt I was treated most fairly.

It is so hard to find an honest repair shop that isn't out to take money from you. With Aamco at Duluth I found honest and helpful employees. I was comfortable and happy with the prices and they were willing to work with me and give me options that were best for me. My car runs great now thanks to Steve, Ron, and all the other employees! When ever I have anything else wrong with my car I will not hesitate to take it there! Thank you Aamco!

AAMCO in Duluth is by far the best carshop that I have gone to. Mr. Ron and Mr. Tim and the entire team of mechanics were very helpful and understanding. They were also very patient and knowledgeable. I would also like to thank Mr. Jacob and Mr. Jerry for a job well done. Thankyou all for what you do and your dependability. David

My transmission went out on my 2007 Camry & the first recommendation (from the tow guy) was AAMCO in Duluth GA. The news... the transmission had to be rebuilt :-( But, Tim and Ron (& staff) were THE nicest guys. They went above and beyond in fixing my car. These guys were really genuine & upfront, and even explained what they were working on and what parts were needed. They even got me into a rental car so that I was able to get to work everyday! I'm glad I have my car back...it's running great and I think it's safe to say that I have new mechanics in my life :-)

Long story short... my parents spent near $8000 to resolve a jerking & bucking issue when their Lexus RX300 shifted. After a remanned tranny from Aamco in South Carolina, wheelsensors from Lexus Dealership in SC, replacement computer from a 'specialist' that Aamco in SC recommended the problem still existed. I got involved took the car to Aamco Duluth, worked with Tim and his crew. After replicating the issue while the tech, Jerry, rode with me the problem was found and fixed that evening. Tim called me for permission to drive the car home to validate the fix and called me the next morning to pick it up. No more problems since. A corroded ground wire was the culprit and I learned the $8000 for parts and labor my parents spent was in vein. Hats off to these guys for taking ownership of this mess and having the expertise, patience and analytical skills to get this issue corrected. This is not an endorsement of the Aamco brand. This particular shop's management and techs are who I'm endorsing and recommending . Aamco's corporate consumer relations never returned my parents many calls and the Aamco shop in SC took my parents money, but never took ownership of the problem and gave my parents the run around. Maybe Tim and his crew could provide some lessons to Aamco corporate on customer service and teach the Aamco shop in SC about proper diagnostics. Ohh... Aamco-Duluth didn't make a dime on this repair(warranty).

Well for feeling like a fish out of water, AAmco and Steve of the Pleasant Hill,Duluth, Ga location made me feel at home. I needed a new transmission and thought I would have to get a loan to pay for my repairs....but to my surprise AAmco my it affordable enough and fixed in one week. they have now become my Georgia car care service people and company. Thank you Steve Orehosky, Owner and Staff.

Transmission needed replacing in our newly purchased 2004 Maxima. Sick feeling. We checked another Aamco, the Nissan dealership and eventually read these reviews and took a chance. Ron and Tim were comforting like your doctor before a colonoscopy, the price was lower and they didn't go over. They gave my wife a ride to work and so far the transmission rides great. I took my dodge Ram back for a fuel pump and next she needs a leaky transmission seal replaced. So far we're impressed.
