I have mixed feelings about this AAMCO. I recommend them for regular maintenance, but not for diagnosing complex issues. I went there for a Check Engine Light issue. After taking my car back multiple times and spending more than $1000, they never correctly diagnosed the problem. (My car broke down in front of another shop, and luckily those guys fixed it.) There were some communication issues about when my car would be available, which made work/rides tricky. They seem like decent people overall and I felt like they were being honest. I just wouldn't recommend them for complex diagnosis issues

I went in for an oil change i was very happy at the level of service provided by the staff. Also they dont sell you on stuff you do not need. And an oil change is only 20 bucks along with a free 120 point inspection!! Best deal in town guys hands down!!!

Diane, Thank you so much and we are glad we were able to take care of you. Here at Aamco of Alpharetta making your experience as convienent and pleasurable as possible is our goal. My name is Mike Prater I am the owner. We are a locally owned and operated store and developing relationships in the community is key to our success. Again Thanks you!
Dealership was wanting to charge me over $400 for repairs. Went to Aamco to have them diagnose as well. The same repairs were needed but they charged over $200 less than the dealership wanted to charge! Their employees were very knowledgeable and explained why repairs were needed. Will go there again! Will recommend to others!

Renee, I am so glad we were able to save you money over the dealer and still provide you a great quality repair. We generally are able to save our customers a good deal of money over the dealer and still provide the same or better level of quality and service. I am here at the store daily and it is good to see more and more referals from customers like yourself. Please keep us in mind for all of your future automotive needs.
I had to change my oil and check the brakes. I thought the brakes needed attention, but Aamco in Alpharetta told me they were fine (while my car dealer already told me to bring it in for significant repair...). No squeezing the last dollar out of you. Peter

mmafan, Stacey my manager does a great job of letting customers know up front about items they may need when doing certain repairs but the thing you can rest assured in is that if when we get there you dont need them we will definately let you know they are not required. again trust in the community is key to any locally owned and operated business such as this.
I took my car in with a transmission problem and they estimated the repair at $1800. After further diagnostics they were able to fix the problem without having to pull the transmission. From $1800 to $589, Thank you guys for your honesty, I'll be back for all my auto repairs.

Aamco of Alpharetta did a great job on my car. I'm always looking for a family owned business to support and one that is concerned about solving your car problems. I found one at Aamco of Alpharetta and would strongly recommend them for all of your automotive work.

"Coach Mike" is a great asset to our community. Fair and honest. You don't find that too much these days. I don't want to spend money on car repairs but if I must then I will choose to do so with AAMCO and "Coach Mike".
