Needed a plumber to come out to check on a leak I was unsure of location. Elena in the office responded quickly and had Brian the plumber out same day! Great plumber, great value. Would definitely recommend Aaron for their outstanding customer service!!!
Chris G. From Aaron Plumbing performed the work we needed. He was very thorough, professional and polite. Work was done well and I would call Aaron Plumbing again in a heartbeat.
This is to amend the earlier review I made for Aaron plumbing. The management called me and wanted to know what they could do to take care of my issues and they reached a satisfactorily agreement with me.
Mark of Aaron Plumbing came out right on time, and with the 30 minute notice, to fix my leaky toliet. He found the leak in the screws holding the tank top to the toliet - I could not find the leak myself. He gave me a toliet rebuild which included the flush valve, the flapper, a seat for the flapper, and a new line to the flush valve, all of which were very old and likely to need replacing soon. Mark is exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and made every effort to avoid leaving any water or dirt in the bathroom.
We had a leaky sink and called Aaron Plumbing. Tim came out as promised, quickly assessed the situation, and took care of the issue. We will continue to use Aaron Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

We had Tim Adams as service repair man to try and solve water pressure problem with kitchen sink. We had purchased this house new in 2007 and builder did not provide instruction manuals for plumbing. We could not identify manufacturer or even how to dismantle unit to repair the low pressure problem. After discussion with Tim we decided just to replace the unit. Went out and purchased new faucet and he was able to swing by and install new unit. Tim was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. Cost was a little pricey to diagnose and install new unit ($251) but I'm sure it's competitive. Need plumbing work, ask for Tim.
We called in Aaron plumbing due to ratings on this website to find and repair a leak in our guest bathroom. They came in and charged almost $150 for finding the leak, but did not find anything. After they left with a big hole in our ceiling and with some troubleshooting of our own we were able to find the leak ourselves so called them again to fix it (this was our big mistake). Leak was clearly in the shower faucet, they came out thanked me for finding it (even though I had already paid them for discovery). They repaired the faucet and I paid another almost $350. Basically I paid a total of almost $500 for someone to come out and repair the faucet with parts worth less than $10. I know there are two schools of thoughts and some will say that we pay for expertise. In this case they did not discover the leak and I feel like I basically paid almost $500 for labor of a max of hour. I don't know about you but there are very few professionals that get paid $500/hr. Aaron certainly does not deserve that.
We were very pleased with the wonderful customer service provided today by Aaron Plumbing and Gary Fuller. His attention to our concern was greatly appreciated. He was prompt, professional, and very informative when explaining the work required. Not only did he help us out today, but he also installed our new hot water heater this summer as well. Many thanks to Gary Fuller!
Our sewer pump went out and we called Aaron. Brian arrived on time to evaluate the problem. He was professional, courteous and informative - explaining every step, the problem, the various ways it could be fixed. He was quick and tidy. Problem solved! Thank you Brian!
I scheduled an appointment on 4/27. I was told that they would be sending someone out on 4/28 and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I stayed home ALL DAY LONG and they never called or showed up. I called 4/29 to reschedule, only to be told that they don't service my area! Well, they DID service my area when I called on 4/27, according to the scheduler.
Dear Ms. G, Thank you very much for speaking with us, and for the opportunity to reschedule your appointment. We work hard to ensure each of our calls receives individual attention and quality service, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to a miscommunication within our office. Thank you also for the opportunity to furnish and install your new tankless water heater. We hope it is exceeding your expectations! If we can be of any additional service in the future, please don't hesitate to call.
My Mother's septic was backing up and she called Aaron Plumbing. George and Sam came out immediately and determined it was a broken pipe. They were so professional and took care of the situation very quickly. We would recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone who needs help with plumbing. They are the best!
Called a competitor first starting with S******r Plumbing and they gave me a run around just to schedule estimate - called Aaron next and they quickly scheduled appt and were early - inspected and found simple fix that saved hundreds - I am a Real Estate Agent and Aaron is my next call when clients ask plumbing questions - thanks Aaron Plumbing!
Used these guys for the first time to pump my septic tank. Clark was honest & didn't try to rip us off. They do not work off commission so they aren't trying to "up sell" you on things you don't need. Will definitely use next time.
Aarons is very professional and will perform the job very efficently and correctly. However, you may want to recieve several different quotes before calling this company. They are very, very expensive. There is a major markup in the price of parts. If you compare their part price to what the actual cost is you will be shocked. This ended up being much more expensive that what I originally estimated. They are good at what they do but you owe it yourself to shop around cost. Aarons is definately on the high end.
Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your feedback! We work hard to ensure that our pricing is in line with similarly sized companies, and I would like to look over your invoice to ensure you were charged appropriately. Additionally, we do offer a $50 discount to all of our Kudzu plumbing customers (listed under our deals tab). I would like to make sure this discount was applied to your invoice, and if not, would like to send the money to you. If you could call our office at 770-945-3453 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name so that we might locate your records, we would appreciate it very much! Thank you! - Sincerely, Aaron Adams
Had great customer experience from Chris Gomer of Aaron Plumbing. Very thorough and efficient. Thanks

Tankless water heaters, or demand or instantaneous water heaters, are a great option for small households, or any household that doesn’t use a lot of hot water. They are extremely energy efficient because they only produce hot water on demand. When compared to storage water heaters, they cost a lot less, and even last longer than their counterparts. Here are 5 reasons to install a tankless water heater for your hot water needs. It's always a good idea to contact your local plumber in Suwanee to find out more information.
Because you are saving so much energy with a tankless water heater, you’ll receive a tax rebate for purchasing a one—a definite plus.

Clipping coupons and waiting for sales are a couple of ways to save money. But there are other avenues to investigate for serious savings. Start by checking out your home appliances’ energy efficiencies. Water heaters are the second most energy guzzling appliances in a home, after heating and cooling systems. If you have a tank style water heater, then approximately 14-20% of your energy bill is devoted to its running costs. That translates to about $600 a year in water heating expenses for the average homeowner. Why so high? A tank water heater is constantly heating and storing water in anticipation of shower, laundry, dishwasher, and other hot water needs. Tank type water heaters lose almost three to four percent of their heat... READ MORE »
