Even though having to calling a plumber is a stressful situation, they make you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease that they can solve your problem quickly and professionally.

I love it when I can say that a company has earned my trust. Malcolm was very supportive and honest. He arrived early and gave it to me straight. He could have probably ripped me off, but he didn't. He solved my leak quickly and did not charge me much, even though he had to come out twice in order to gain access to my neighbor's condo in order to see where the leak was coming from. The office was also very helpful and responsive. They also installed my furnace last year and did a great job with that too.

Scott Hodge came out to replace a bad pressure valve on our water heater and several sink, toilet and refrigerator hoses. He couldnīt have been nicer or more professional. He took time to explain things and answered all my questions. I will use them again. I am going to call and set up a heating and air checkup for my unit as well. I am so pleased with the service and the professionalism!

The tech's are nice and proficient but you will get hosed on the price. Call around town for estimates. I wanted an expansion tank put in and they wanted to charge 500. Called a dad and son company and they charged 200. Dad and son company came early, did the work, explained what they did and charged 200 as quoted.

Thank you for your feedback. We take our reviews seriously and would like to apologize for not meeting your standards. After looking over your estimate, it appears you were given an estimate for an expansion tank and an additional repair. If you have questions, please call our office at 770-945-3453. We would love to speak to you regarding this matter.
I have used Aaron Plumbing a few times since I moved into my home. Each time I have received exceptional service including speaking with the phone representatives. Having to call plumbing services to your home can be unsettling especially with having to deal with unexpected costs. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Mr Scott Hodge who evaluated my home, calmed my fears, and was able fix a problem at a reasonable price. He took his time, explained the process, and answered every question that I had. He went above and beyond my expectations. It has been a pleasure using Aaron Plumbing.

We were notified by the city that we might have a leak. Called Aaron Plumbing and they came out immediately to assess the situation. Chris Gomer was the Service Manager who came to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and on time. Would recommend them to anyone!

Tim came out and gave me a quick quote for a waterline repair in my kitchen. Upon agreeing to the quote, he took care of the issue without any problems. The whole process was easy, quick, and went smoothly. Great work!

I have used Aaron Plumbing on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Malcolm called to let me know he was on his way, greeted everyone in a friendly manner - including the dog - and got the job done in a timely manner, cleaning up our mess and leaving no mess behind. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Have a leaky toilet, figured I needed a new one; also the kitchen sink would not drain well possibly due to an air filter issue. Plumber asked to see our hot water heater. I didn't think anything of it. Here's a breakdown of the quote: sink issue $735, new toilet $1025, caulk $110, Replace water heater $2525. Unbelievable. He asked what I did for a living and he asked what my husband did for a living. I moved on.

I called Aaron's to get estimates on different water heating options. We had a 10 year old gas tank that needed to be replaced. We had a small closet that will not fit a tank over 40 gallons. Brian came out and spent a lot of time looking at possible options including tankless. Tankless would have required a bigger gas 3/4 gas supply. We currently have a 1/2 gas supply with a run too long to use for any tankless heater. Brian gave us options to run a new gas line but because of accessibility would have been cost prohibitive. Brian suggested we consider a tank booster that will give us a bit more capacity to a 40 gallon tank. We liked that option and the next day Brian did the install. Brian did an amazing job! He was very considerate and professional. He also did a very clean job including wiping out the drip pan under the water heater. He gave me step by step instructions on using and maintaining our new water heater. Brian was fantastic! I will call Aaron's for any future plumbing needs. Thanks!
