Aaron Plumbing continues to impress me. Incredible work and service. I've had the pleasure of having Gabe Adams do work for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and a pleasure to be around. I'm so thankful that I have a company like Aaron Plumbing that I can always rely on. Thanks again Gabe!
Gabe with Aaron Plumbing is seriously a lifesaver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our new house flooded at 9pm on the night we moved in, and by 9am the next morning he had arrived, gone to get a missing part, fixed the problem and had our water back on and running in no time. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I can't speak highly enough of Gabe and the entire Aaron Plumbing crew!
I was scheduled from 8-11AM so I should have been one of the first on the list for the day. By 9:15AM they called and said they were stuck at other appointments (already??) and could they come from 11-2 instead. Ok, fine. No big deal. I took the entire day off of work for this so I have time to wait today. They called again at 1PM to say that all technicians are held up at appointments and can they come tomorrow? Um, I had an appointment, too. Scheduled it 6 days ago. Thank goodness this wasn't an emergency. What if it was?? What kind of service is that? Don't overbook your technicians if you can't follow through on your appointments. I think this was completely unacceptable. I'm so disappointed. The reviews were really positive so I thought for sure this would be a good experience. This was my first time choosing a service provider on Kudzu. Not sure I should risk it again. Very disappointing. (Kudzu requires that you choose a rating for quality, service and value. Obviously I didn't receive a service and can't speak to the value so my ratings are based entirely on being stood up.) UPDATE - a manager called me at 4 to apologize and offer an evening appointment. I'd already found someone else to come tomorrow and arranged for someone to be at the house for me and I didn't want to cancel on them so I declined, but I appreciated the call. Defintely changes my mind about their customer service!
Called early in the morning after identifying a leak in my house. After scheduling, Aaron Plumbing showed up on time and quickly determined the source of the leak. After we agreed on the next steps, the repairs were made very quickly. Great experience with Aaron Plumbing!

I've had a year full of pipe leaks and other plumbing problems and I don't know what I would have done without Tim from Aaron Plumbing. Each and every time I have called him, Tim has been more than accommodating to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Most times he was out here the same day and if not, always the following day. Their pricing is fair, not the cheapest, but I would rather pay a competitive rate as I am confident that Aaron Plumbing will complete the job with precision the first time and I won't end up having to spend more money down the road to have something repaired again. I appreciate that Aaron Plumbing sends out the same technician each time as Tim is familiar with my previous repairs and it's not a stranger being sent out to my house each time. I'm also confident that I'm not getting ripped off or being charged for a bunch of unnecessary work, as many companies try to gouge single women for these types of repairs.

Needed a plumber to come out to check on a leak I was unsure of location. Elena in the office responded quickly and had Brian the plumber out same day! Great plumber, great value. Would definitely recommend Aaron for their outstanding customer service!!!
We had a leak in our water line service into the house. I called two plumbers who made excuses why they couldn't come. I found Aaron Plumbing online, and they made an appointment for me right away. Chris G showed up on time and was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the leak right away and fixed it in no time! It feels great to know that I have a plumber I can rely on for future needs, and one that I have no problem recommending. Thanks Chris and Aaron Plumbing! DS in Sugar Hill, GA
This is to amend the earlier review I made for Aaron plumbing. The management called me and wanted to know what they could do to take care of my issues and they reached a satisfactorily agreement with me.

Mark of Aaron Plumbing came out right on time, and with the 30 minute notice, to fix my leaky toliet. He found the leak in the screws holding the tank top to the toliet - I could not find the leak myself. He gave me a toliet rebuild which included the flush valve, the flapper, a seat for the flapper, and a new line to the flush valve, all of which were very old and likely to need replacing soon. Mark is exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and made every effort to avoid leaving any water or dirt in the bathroom.

We had a leaky sink and called Aaron Plumbing. Tim came out as promised, quickly assessed the situation, and took care of the issue. We will continue to use Aaron Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

We had Tim Adams as service repair man to try and solve water pressure problem with kitchen sink. We had purchased this house new in 2007 and builder did not provide instruction manuals for plumbing. We could not identify manufacturer or even how to dismantle unit to repair the low pressure problem. After discussion with Tim we decided just to replace the unit. Went out and purchased new faucet and he was able to swing by and install new unit. Tim was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. Cost was a little pricey to diagnose and install new unit ($251) but I'm sure it's competitive. Need plumbing work, ask for Tim.

We called in Aaron plumbing due to ratings on this website to find and repair a leak in our guest bathroom. They came in and charged almost $150 for finding the leak, but did not find anything. After they left with a big hole in our ceiling and with some troubleshooting of our own we were able to find the leak ourselves so called them again to fix it (this was our big mistake). Leak was clearly in the shower faucet, they came out thanked me for finding it (even though I had already paid them for discovery). They repaired the faucet and I paid another almost $350. Basically I paid a total of almost $500 for someone to come out and repair the faucet with parts worth less than $10. I know there are two schools of thoughts and some will say that we pay for expertise. In this case they did not discover the leak and I feel like I basically paid almost $500 for labor of a max of hour. I don't know about you but there are very few professionals that get paid $500/hr. Aaron certainly does not deserve that.
