Mark of Aaron Plumbing came out right on time, and with the 30 minute notice, to fix my leaky toliet. He found the leak in the screws holding the tank top to the toliet - I could not find the leak... myself. He gave me a toliet rebuild which included the flush valve, the flapper, a seat for the flapper, and a new line to the flush valve, all of which were very old and likely to need replacing soon. Mark is exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable and made every effort to avoid leaving any water or dirt in the bathroom.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I accidentally dropped a week's worth of disposable contact lens in the toilet -- still in the plastic containers! After reading all the reviews on Kudzu, I called Aaron Plumbing and they sent Brian... T. out the same day. Brian informed me that it could pass through the pipes or be stuck at the bottom of the toilet. Once he took the toilet off, he immediately pulled them out, replaced the wax ring, and put everything back together. I was also able to use the $35 coupon online. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Aaron Plumbing again!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The technician, Mike, arrived exactly when expected and did a phenomenal job. He not only fixed the problem in question (a non-functional A/C), he uncovered a huge black mold infestation in an old central humidifier that hadn't been turned on in years. I've had other companies out from time to time, and they either overlooked or ignored this problem. The price was reasonable, and our A/C is running like new again. All in all, we were extremely satisfied, and we'll continue to use Aaron in the future.
I left a desperate email at 1:30 AM because my air conditioner stopped working. The office called me at 7:15 this morning and was able to fit us in on what had to be a crazy day of 97 degrees. Service Tech Michael Ray got here well within the time window given. He was extremely knowledgable, had a fully stocked truck, and our unit was cooling an hour later. He is also a very nice man. Mr Ray is fantastic and this company is wonderful. You just don't find service like this much anymore. I have used them once for a plumbing issue and they were just as good.
Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went over and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Definitely will be calling him on our next job. Two thumbs up!!!!
We were very pleased with the work Aaron Plumbing did. They had to replace our water line from the street to our house & they did a great job. It was over 150' of pipe & they did it without much mess. We recommend Aaron Plumbing.
He arrived right on time. He explained everything to us, and did a very professional job. We were so pleased with the service, that we got their annual service for follow-up!! Thanx Mike!!
We called Aaron Plumbing late at night when we realized we had a plumbing problem. My wife got a call back first thing the next morning, and Chris came out that afternoon. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, got us up and running for the weekend and scheduled a time to come back out and replace our faulty pipes. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, carefully explaining the problem, our options and the way he would fix it. Overall, it was as good of an experience as one can have with a plumber from start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Malcolm arrived on time, did a thorough review of the situation, recommended various solutions and solved the problem. Exceeded my expectations.
We recently purchased a new washer and dryer. After the washer was installed, we found we had a clogged laundry stand pipe. Having never hired a plumber in the 25 years at this house, we had no knowledge of who was out there so we went to Kudzu and found Aaron Plumbing with exceptional reviews. Called on Monday morning just before major snow storm for Tuesday appointment. Had to postpone which was okay, but Blaine showed up early. Price estimate was upfront for work (unclog laundry pipe). I also asked for estimate to replace supply valves and drain box. Again, price was upfront and work was great. Everything working great now. Thanks, Blaine. We'll be calling you later this year to replace all of the supply valves in our 41 year old home. Don't hesitate to call Aaron Plumbing!
I would highly suggest using Aaron Plumbing. My technician, Mike Jones, was very professional, timely and an expert in his field!! The best plumbing company I've ever used. I will only use Aaron Plumbing moving forward!
Walked me through everything and even showed me how to fix it. Very nice people who worked with me on my last minute reschedule. Fair priced.
In the past I have had some disappointing visits from plumbers in Atlanta. And I have paid a lot of money when I haven't even been sure it was necessary. We called Aaron's Plumbing on Sunday afternoon after we found water around our crawl-space water heater and our sump pump was gushing some water out. My husband was leaving town and we were in a panic. Aaron's sent Chris G out on Monday. He was prompt, friendly, totally didn't make me feel like a dope when in fact the water heater checked out fine and he found no other source of water and determined that the use of our garden soaker hose appears to have been putting water into the crawl-space and the sump pump did its job. The best part was that Chris G did not charge me a penny for the service call. He was here about a half hour. All he asked is that I consider them in the future with plumbing needs. You can bet we will! Thanks Chris G and Aaron's!
Chris replaced our standard toilet with a 1.2 gal model. He was highly skilled and very professional, and we are quite pleased with the performance of the Toto upgrade he recommended. Great job, Aaron Plumbing and Chris!
George came to my house willing to help find the problem with my perc-rite system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and educating me on my issue. 5 stars to George.
My septic system failed. I had been dreading this for years, due to my complicated two tank system. Had I known about Aaron's I wouldn't have. I made an appointment, and got a call from George. He was running late on another job, but he had me describe my system and do some basic troubleshooting. We were able to rule out power failure. Despite the lateness of the hour, George arrived with Alan, the two of them ended up working into the night. They began running my problem down. They tried to determine if my pump was functioning. They bypassed the float switch and inspected the distribution box to the field lines after exhuming it. Nothing. It was clear the pump had failed and needed replacing. They pumped the tank, and removed the old pump after digging it out. George explained the importance of matching any new pump closely and took the old pump with him to do so. This gave me confidence the job was being done right. The next day they arrived with a new pump. The tank was pumped empty and pressure washed clean, a surprise to me. They installed the new pump along with new piping for better performance. Only after Alan made sure I was satisfied with the state of my yard did they leave. Afterwards, a minor problem occurred, but because of Aarons' guarantee they returned immediately taking care of it at no charge. They surpassed my expectations, I'm glad I chose Aaron's.
Mike made the trip to my house only to find the clog had cleared itself. He meticulously inspected the house anyway, making sure the clog really had disappeared, running water in every faucet in the house, until we were certain that the clog was gone. Then I was given a zero charge invoice and told Aaron Plumbing doesn't just want to make a quick buck on me, they want my business. They definitely have it, it's hard to find a business that treats folks the way Mike did.

Clipping coupons and waiting for sales are a couple of ways to save money. But there are other avenues to investigate for serious savings. Start by checking out your home appliances’ energy efficiencies. Water heaters are the second most energy guzzling appliances in a home, after heating and cooling systems. If you have a tank style water heater, then approximately 14-20% of your energy bill is devoted to its running costs. That translates to about $600 a year in water heating expenses for the average homeowner. Why so high? A tank water heater is constantly heating and storing water in anticipation of shower, laundry, dishwasher, and other hot water needs. Tank type water heaters lose almost three to four percent of their heat... READ MORE »
