I recently contacted Aaron Services for replacing my water heater and every step of the way from the office to the technicians, they were all customer service oriented and pleasant to work with! The technician answered every question I had and gave me an honest estimate. I will definetly be calling them for any future plumbing, septic or heating/air needs! Thanks again Aaron!!!

Aaron Plumbing recently came out to my house and I was so impressed with how professional my technician was. My plumbing problem was addressed quickly and their pricing was fair. I will call them again. It is so hard to find honest and knowledgeable people. Aaron Plumbing was a breath of fresh air!

I chose AP to complete a routine county inspection of a newly purchased home. Unfortunately I was totally taken advantage of...I'm guessing because I am a single pregnant woman???My first complaint was the plumber spent a total of just under 1 hour at my home to "prep" for the inspection, ensured me everything was to code and that he probably wouldn't even be present for the actual inspection but I was charged $800! He said if I wanted him to actually be there during the inspection I would be charged extra. My next complaint was that the plumber damaged & scratched my BRAND NEW hardwood floors by sliding the range across it- after I specifically asked that he not slide it & offered to send guys to help move it! He lied & said he didn't move it, but obviously he had moved it to try to connect the gas line, as he told me he would do. When I tried to resolve the matter with the office I was told "oh, well the plumber said he didn't do it so I can't help you". I sent pictures, offered eye witness testimony & insisted that they come out & see for themselves, but nothing. Lastly, THE INSPECTION FAILED!!!! the one specific area the plumber supposedly " fixed" to meet code (a pressure release valve on the water heater) & charged me an additional $188 for, was not to code & I received a violation. Now I'm left with NO GAS in my home, redoing the inspection, and $2500 in floor damage to my BRAND NEW floors! And they had the audacity to ask if I'd like to hire them to redo the inspect
Hired to complete a fuel line inspection in Cobb county on a new home.

Dear Amforbes, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and thank you for speaking with us. When we last spoke, we explained that we would need to look into your concerns further, as we take any report of sub par service very seriously. We would never tell a customer that we simply "can't help you" nor would we ever take advantage of a customer. All of our technicians undergo thorough screening, and this particular technician has been with us for many years with nothing but stellar customer feedback. We are a family owned and operated company and we owe our success to a commitment to quality work and superb customer service.
I called and they showed up when they said they would. Quickly identified the issue and provided me with useful information to avoid issues in the future. Thanks Aaron for sending Tim to my home. He was easy to work with and a lot of help.

Aaron Plumbing is a fantastic company to work with. Jack McCloud came out and gave me an instant quote, completed the work, and saved us a lot of money. Even though having to calling a plumber is a stressful situation, they make you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease that they can solve your problem quickly and professionally.

I love it when I can say that a company has earned my trust. Malcolm was very supportive and honest. He arrived early and gave it to me straight. He could have probably ripped me off, but he didn't. He solved my leak quickly and did not charge me much, even though he had to come out twice in order to gain access to my neighbor's condo in order to see where the leak was coming from. The office was also very helpful and responsive. They also installed my furnace last year and did a great job with that too.

Scott Hodge came out to replace a bad pressure valve on our water heater and several sink, toilet and refrigerator hoses. He couldnīt have been nicer or more professional. He took time to explain things and answered all my questions. I will use them again. I am going to call and set up a heating and air checkup for my unit as well. I am so pleased with the service and the professionalism!

The tech's are nice and proficient but you will get hosed on the price. Call around town for estimates. I wanted an expansion tank put in and they wanted to charge 500. Called a dad and son company and they charged 200. Dad and son company came early, did the work, explained what they did and charged 200 as quoted.

Thank you for your feedback. We take our reviews seriously and would like to apologize for not meeting your standards. After looking over your estimate, it appears you were given an estimate for an expansion tank and an additional repair. If you have questions, please call our office at 770-945-3453. We would love to speak to you regarding this matter.
I have used Aaron Plumbing a few times since I moved into my home. Each time I have received exceptional service including speaking with the phone representatives. Having to call plumbing services to your home can be unsettling especially with having to deal with unexpected costs. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Mr Scott Hodge who evaluated my home, calmed my fears, and was able fix a problem at a reasonable price. He took his time, explained the process, and answered every question that I had. He went above and beyond my expectations. It has been a pleasure using Aaron Plumbing.

We were notified by the city that we might have a leak. Called Aaron Plumbing and they came out immediately to assess the situation. Chris Gomer was the Service Manager who came to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and on time. Would recommend them to anyone!
