Please give us a call if you have any questions! Our customers look to us for great quality and incredible service. We try to deliver on these expectations every time. You can keep each shipment for as long as you would like. When your shipment is returned (in a postage paid box we provide) we will ship out your new box of baby clothing (in the size you indicate) within 48 hours. A cleaning charge of 5.00 per outfit will be charged per item if items are not returned freshly washed. Normal wear is expected however items that are seriously damaged will incur a charge of 10.00 per outfit and will be returned to you with your next shipment in a seperate small bag. If you get an outfit you love you can purchase it for 10.00 with a quick phone call - we will explain how you can pay for the purchase & we will note it on your account. You will usually receive several bonus items in your box that should be age appropriate too (as a free bonus).
At this time our services are only available in the USA.
Please make yourself familiar with anything you give your child as we are not responsible for what you do with the items your rent or purchase from us.
