Called Able to check out our A/C system they were there in less than a hour and had our a/c fixed that day the service man was verry polite and did a great job. able will be the only company i call for my a/c needs.

The price over the phone to clean the coil was $120. When the tech arrived they said it would be $650, and their secretary couldn't give price quotes. They still wanted to charge 92.50 for diagnosing the problem. Their owner was extremely rude when I tried to discuss the problem with him. I reccomend using another company.

The dispatch advised the customer that it would be $92.50 for the trip charge and $120.00 to clean the coil. The price for cleaning the coil is for a coil that has been propley maintained.And can be cleaned without removing from it's case. When the service man arrived he found that there was not a filter in the furnace. The system in question was three years old and has never had a filter. The evaporator coil was so pluged up that it would have to be removed cleaned and then reinstalled thus the cost would be more. The customer did not like the cost to correct the problem she was having. She called the office and said that she wanted the coil cleaned for $120.00 we advised the customer that we could not do what needed to be done for that price. Needless to say she got quite upset and said she was not the owner of the property and that she was not going to pay anything not even the trip charge. As far as my being rude I was a little upset when she said she was not going to pay anything. But after tallking with her she did pay the trip charge. This goes to show that if you dont maintain your equipment like it should be maintained it going to cost more to repair. "You be the judge"
I can't say enough about this company. After 4 visits from another Company and no results, Jared the technician from Able,identified the problem immediately and was very efficient in doing the repair. I was told by another company that had to pay $489 for the part, but jared informed me that the part was covered under manufacturer warranty. He was polite, prompt and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
