I have plenty of bad things to say about this company, but I’ll list the key points:
1.Final bill was over $200.00 over the original quote price. The reasoning for this price increase is because two of the three guys “working” were supervising while the other was their work horse. Why’s that my problem?
2.We paid extra every month for a temperature controlled unit. When picking up our belongings from storage we found they were not in a temperature controlled unit. Thousands of family pictures were damaged. When we confronted the owner he hung up on us and refuses to return phone calls.
3.Finally, ALL AROUND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will do everything in my power to spread the word about this company so nobody else has to deal with this!

In short: sloppy, shady, ignorant, and amateur
Costs: $711
Time: 6-7 hours
Three movers showed up around 8:30 AM with a rented Budget truck and immediately exposed their hidden fees (i.e. $40 for bubble wrap, mandatory $40 to move TV’s – could not opt out of this, $50 driving fee – each way). The manager (or gentlemen in charge) immediately accused my friend as a liar when told these fees were not mentioned during the scheduling of the move. Given the time constraints I had on moving my friend reluctantly decided to move forward with the move. Two out of the three movers did 90% of the move. They slowly began to move small boxes first (vs. focusing on the large items such as couches). They brought multiple dollies yet repeatedly only used 1 – at times simply carrying a ‘couch cushion’ at a time. Could not figure out how to move position a simple couch through door way (i.e. tilt it sideways). Suggestions, directing or helping in the move was unacceptable and was quickly met with weird looks of annoyance or plain upset behavior and remarks.
In the end, my friends had to sleep on the floor given the movers took off with bed frame parts that as of today they are still missing some (they did return some of the parts 4 days later).
Recommendation; PASS on these movers!! ..without hesitation. Also, always communicate in writing (i.e. email) with regards to scheduling the move, costs, and fees – have copies available when they show up.

Very bad moving experience with this company. Many hidden fees which were not mentioned in estimate, or when I called to double check charges. Workers were extremely slow and seemed unexperienced. I was overcharged and had MISSING ITEMS after the move. When I tried to speak with the manager I was screamed at, called a liar,and hung up on. No problems were resolved because the manager didn't want to discuss anything. It took four days of me calling to get my parts back. I would NOT use these movers.

While the movers were great the hidden fees were a shock! I wouldn't have been so upset if I had not questioned the hidden charges with Naveen up front and she told me she had disclosed all of them. The total bill was quite a bit higher than the original estimate, not because of time, because of "heavy" items they charged extra for. I guarantee you I don't have anything unusually heavy on our home not even a big screen. They damaged my dryer by stacking too much on it and I was told they would reimburse me for the repair but I have yet to see a refund....

I called this company and received a quote, I asked "Naveen" if there were any additional "hidden" fee's to which she said NO. The movers arrived and I was told it was extra for the shrink wrap 39.95 a roll and if you don't wrap it, they will not cover it for damages. I was then told an extra 40.00 to move my big screen t.v. which weights about 40 pounds. The 230.00 dollar quote quickly turned in 750.00 and all the guy could say is these are not hidden fee's because I am telling you about them now and we are here now so what do you want to do?. This is no way to run an HONEST BUSINESS. FYI I sent them away so beware.
