They tried to have my car deemed "totalled" when in fact it was repaired at half the price somewhere else. They trashed my car when they found out I wanted a second opinion from another body shop.


Car looks great., 11/16/2007

Took my car for body repair after an accident. We were frustrated at first that it took 2 extra weeks past the estimated completion date. And they kept giving us the runaround about a new... completion date("it'll be ready tomorrow; oh no, the next day; nope, the next day, etc, etc"--this went on for 2 weeks). Philip (gen. manager) ended up taking care of us and finishing the work himself. He is great. As is Beverly (office manager). Wish we would've dealt w/ Philip from the start. Extremely nice and pleasant. Totally willing to please. I found a minor ding in a spot that should've been replaced/repaired and Philip had a new part for me the next morning and had it installed in 10 minutes. Overall very pleased with my experience. In the end the car looks great. Like new.

Car looks great.
