Vladimir came to my place to check my Frigidaire fridge/freezer (4 years old) because the temperature on both the freezer/fridge wasn't holding (went up to 70F+). He diagnosed it as a Freon leak inside the unit that was causing the control board to shut off the compressor. Told me it'd normally be $500-600, but that it should be under warranrty and I should use the Factory Warranty to get it fixed. Very friendly guy and I appreciated the honest info.

My dryer was taking longer than usual to dry, hire these guys and the diagnose was heating element broken. After 200 dollars worth of repair, we found the dryer still taking long time to dry. They came back and said the dryer is completely fine. My dryer vent is blocked. Will, how come you couldn't tell me that the first time. Very unhappy with the service would never use or recommend to anyone. i would get a second opinion on their diagnose or just hire someone else that more trustworthy.

I absolutely recommend this company. Alex was polite and got the estimate done right away, and the service was done quickly as well. I called early this morning, and he was here by 11:30. The price was fair, and I pleased that I am back to laundry day! =) It was a broken drain pump, and he had the part in his truck.

If I could give them more stars, I would!! Absolutely the best appliance service out there! Vlad was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The service was fast and he corrected my refrigerator problem for less than half of what i expected. I called a couple of other companies who weren't as responsive and cost almost double! My refrigerator works great now. Since then, I have referred him to several friends who love Vlad and were extremely happy with the service. Now when I have any issues with my appliances, Vlad is the only one I trust with my appliance problems. They are honest, affordable and reliable!!! PS, the office staff is really great too! They are always so friendly, responsive and make sure I get an appointment fast!

Great job by Absolute Appliance Repair. It's truly a pleasure to deal with a company that cares to explain the situation and review all the possible solutions, including making calls to parts companies. Thanks so much for your great service. Highly recommended!

Fast / Honest / Reliable - that is what it says on their card... but I found NONE of that to be the truth. All I had was a loose hose that needed to be re-clamped. They tore a hole in the hose, but still clamped it back in place. It caused a huge flood in my kitchen that buckled my floors. They didn't unhook the water line, and charged me for a new one even though they destroyed it. Then when the hose they tore a hole in didn't hold when they tried to clamp over the tear...they tried to charge me another $217.00 to replace it. I had to fix the dishwasher myself and am stuck with buckled floors because of their faulty work. I have a full review on Google.

I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience. We always strive for top quality performance and service and we are so disappointed that we fell short of your expectations. I think there was some level of misunderstanding from both parties and we would love to provide the chance to make it right. I would also like to take this opportunity to comment on a few of your points.
We have already reimbursed you the cost of the repair (prior to your feedback); please let us know if you have not received your refund.
Just to provide clarity to the situation, I want to point out some of the discrepancies and misunderstandings throughout the repair process, primarily relating to the extent of the pre-existing damage prior to the technician's repair. Upon arrival for the repair, our technician, Alex, found that the bent coupling was already a pre-existing issue which had resulted in the hose being loose. At this point, there was already evidence of extensive water deposits prior to the water being disconnected which was noted in the service summary report. The technician attempted to address the issue with new coupling and a clamp on the hose to stabilize it, and although in most cases this would solve any drainage, a subsequent visit was necessary when a leak was discovered after the initial visit. The technician tried his best to mitigate the issue without requiring the need for additional parts or labor costs, but could not find a suitable work around and contacted me, the owner, to follow up directly with the vendor for the best solution.
After multiple service tickets and correspondence with the vendor, we finally got the details we needed for the brand-specific issue, and it required some additional factory parts specific to the brand and the model of the appliance. The majority of the cost was related to a pump which also had to be replaced in order to truly address the source of the issue, and since Absolute Appliance Repair follows factory standards, we only replace parts that are specific to the brand and model of the appliance which requires us to order directly from the vendor. This resulted in a higher cost than you had originally expected, which is understandable when the parts' replacement required a pump in addition to the obviously damaged components.
We truly regret that we did not keep you adequately informed throughout this whole process, especially during this back and forth period with the vendor where we should have kept you up to date with regular status updates. We take full responsibility for the lapse in communication, and we are sincerely sorry for any trouble during this experience. The least we can do is to provide you the reimbursement which we have already delivered, but please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
My washing machine stopped draining over the weekend and was full of water. I usually would call Sears, but I believe their service has gone down hill. I chose Absolute Appliances based on the Google and Yelp reviews. Alex came out the same day, actually just two hours after I called for an appointment, fixed the problem and even showed me how to fix it next time.

Our fridge freezer wasn't cooling properly so we called this company in the morning. By mid-afternoon the same day we had a new defrost timer and a much colder fridge. The technician was competent and friendly. Definitely recommend this company.
