I found Absolute Home Improvement by reading the positivie reviews on Kudzu.com. Tommy arrived on time for both appointments (to give me an estimate and to do the work). He explained the process for repairing my ceiling and he performed the work in a timely manner. He did a wonderful job and left a clean work area. The cost was within the stated estimate. Thanks to Tommy and thanks to kudzu.com.

Tommy came out on time as promised and finished the project in few hours as we expected. He did an excellent job in fixing our damaged door frame and also gave us suggestions on other issues as well. He explained me why my door frame was damaged and suspected that other door frames might have the same problem. Sure enough, he was right and we ended up having a minor damage in our back door frame too. Thanks to his judgement, I won't have any further damage in other door frames. The only negative factor that I thought was that he didn't clean up after his work. Considering his experience and other positive reviews, I am sure that it wasn't intentional.

Due to the fact that I now need to respond to Tommy’s fiction below, my review won’t fit here, so I’ll elaborate on all the details elsewhere. Here are the basic facts: Tommy did a lot of work for me, mostly small jobs. He appeared courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable, and he seemed like someone I could be comfortable having around the house for an extended period. Some things he did very well, some things he did just fair. Then I hired him for a larger, far more costly project. Unfortunately, he had misled me about his abilities with tilework, among other things. He did a poor job, and when I tried to talk to him about it, he got defensive and wasn’t courteous at all. I completely disagree with the previous reviewer. My husband and I had asked Mr. Keith to come to our house on a Saturday morning to help us tile our screened in porch. We asked him to show us how to lay the tile and use his tools at little to no cost. Mr. Keith showed up first thing that morning and stayed with us all day until the job was complete. Mr. Keith even came back the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the job that was done. He was very informative and explained the entire job to us. We will definately use Mr. Keith for other jobs in the future. Please do not let the previous reviewer sway you from using Mr. Keith for your home improvement job.

I called Tommy and he came out within a couple of hours and told me what I needed and when he could perform the job. He returned as promised and price was reasonble. I recommended him to my sister and he did great work for her as well.
