I sent my dog to their Dog School/ Boot camp for a few weeks after my Vetrinarian recommend Absolute K9 to me. Maggie came home a new dog. Maggie now listens to all of her commands off leash! I love their maintanence classes and have met several other happy customers! I also use them for boarding and they take great care of Maggie!!

We signed up for the training package where the trainer comes to your house for a few weeks in a row and then you send your dog to boot camp and then the trainer comes for a few weeks after boot camp to follow up. It was a terrible experience from day one. The trainer did not call or show when he was supposed to. The office didn't return calls or e-mails when our dog was at boot camp. The worst part was our dog came home untrained. We paid for the most expensive package because we wanted to ensure he came home trained and we might as well not have sent him. We complained and they did nothing to make things right. If we could give them less than a star rating we would. Do not send your dog to Absolute K-9 for training!

I prepaid $800 to Absolute K9 to train my puppy for two weeks at their facility. Unfortunately, my puppy was hit and killed by a car one week before training was to begin. I called Absolute K9 and spoke to their owner Mike Stone and told him what had happened and that I would like my money back. He told me that it was their policy to not return the money. I had two options: I could use the training for another dog or I could sell the training time to someone else. He didn't care that I didn't have another dog. Absolute K9 showed an absolute lack of compassion and customer service. I eventually sold the training to a friend of mine.
