Academic Alliance In Dermatology

I made an appointment to see Dr. Vasiloudes at 9:30 AM for my 4 month old daughter who has eczema, waited for over 40 minutes and still could not see him! There was at least one person ahead of me (an older gentleman) who had had the same wait time. They kept telling him you are next and then they asked me to wait another 5 min. Waited another 5 min and then had them cancel and credit the copay.
Chaotic office, do not visit

I highly recommend NOT going to Academic Alliance they do not code things correctly to insurance for their services and will not except payment plans. All you get is bad medical service and a large bill, do yourself and your wallet a favor and don't go.

Only checked the one area of concern. Did not look over the rest of the body.
Have had trouble with getting the prescription in generic I wanted. They did not return my call, it finally took the pharmacy getting in touch with them to get the generic. This saved me $70!
When I got the info from insurance on the office visit it was not covered by insurance. They told insurance that they were billing $276 for seeing me for a few minutes. WOW that's a lot of money per hour.

Great care, quick service and it doesn't take forever to get an appointment - they've even been able to work me in at the last minute on a few occasions.
