Academy Roofing

A week ago I saw water coming into my house. A neighbor recommended Academy so I called and within an hour Luke Taylor was on my roof, in the rain, stopping the leak. Now, 5 days later, I have had the whole section replaced. The job was done timely, professionally, and the area was left cleaner than before the work was done. I have no hestation recommending Luke and Academy!

These guys have done multiple jobs for me on multiple houses I own. There have been times where I will call, get Scott, and he in under an hour he will be at my house, problem fixed at a great fair price.. Top Notch all the way around!

In July, my home sustained hail damage from all of the summer storms. My wife and I called several roofing contractors for inspection and quotes, and were very impressed in the way Academy differentiated themselves from their competitors in the way they handled communication, education, and service. We worked primarily with Luke Taylor who walked us through the entire process, and gave his personal attention to ensure the job was completed the right way and on time.

When it came time to install the new roof, Luke and his team showed up bright and early and had everything completed by mid-afternoon. We had a great looking architectural roof, and the house and yard was clean of all debris.

I highly recommend Luke and Academy Roofing for their service and expertise.

Academy replaced our roof as others have described - fast, efficiently and professionally. Apparently Academy has a secret source for talent. Our experience with Luke Talyor is decribed numerous times here on Kudzu. He was the definition of professionalism.

on the day of replacment, I left before the sun was up and the crew was there waiting for daybreak. When I returned that afternoon I had a new roof and Luke was detailing the yard for any residual nails, etc. I could not have asked for a better experience.

After my roof sustained hail damage a friend recommended that I call Academy Roofing. Upon doing so, I was immediately impressed with the level of customer service I received from the first phone call. My roof was subsequently replaced by Academy Roofing and nothing short of total professionalism was exhibited throughout the entire process. Secondly and most importantly, I received a letter from Academy several months ago indicating there was a possible defect with the type of shingles placed on my home. Academy came to my home, inspected the shingles and found that mine were indeed faulty. They submitted a claim to the manufacturer and in less than two weeks, the shingles were reserved with the supplier and a check issued to cover labor costs for the installation of my new roof. I would have most likely NEVER heard from other contractors if this had happened. Academy provides even better service after the original installation. You cannot go wron with this contractor.
