Dudley came out to give us a quote. He was the third quote we got. He beat the quotes of the other two vendors and his quote was for real wood! Dudley was very professional and did his quote on site. The shutters came in on time and we got a call from the installer, Carl the same day. Carl came out in less than a week to do our install. Just got new shutters on a series of 6 two story windows. They look outstanding and our experience couldn't have been better! We originally talked to an interior decorator who suggested shutters. She quoted us a price that frankly sounded outrageous so we decided to shop around. We called Dudley at Acadia, he scheduled an appointment, brought samples with him, and then gave us a quote right on the spot. The shutters we chose had decorative frames, were real wood, and had 3.5 inch slats. The exact same quality as the interior decorator's shop but literally half the price!!! Dudley was able to match our paint perfectly and when his installation crew came out they were quick and professional. We love our new shutters and would recommend Dudley and Acadia to anyone looking for a high quality shutter. Great job!!!

This was my first experience with Acadia Shutters and when need arises in the future I will be sure to call them again. The quality of the shutters/blinds was great and the service by Dudley and Carl was superb. All communication was timely and delivery and installation were as promised. I will be sure to recommend Acadia to friends, family and neighbors. Job well done!
