When we first moved to Jacksonville, we found a home to rent through a military family. After contacting them, they referred us to their property manager for the lease etc. Accent Properties first gave us Sam. Sam was nervous and didn't follow through. We were doing this transaction from 5000 miles away and he simply couldn't keep a handle on everything. Just before we arrived, the manager was switched to Angela. She was not responsive when we reported problems that needed to be fixed. The first 5 days we were there, the hot water heater did not work. Screens and windows were never fixed. Finally they came to fix the screen door on the lanai after 6 months.
