Purchased a new windshield in October of 2015. Was told it was fully warrantied for life against breakage and chips. Had a chip in late February 2016. Contacted owner James and it was a run around. 5 days later I still haven't heard from an installer and he only jumped into action once I gave a poor review on his company Facebook page. Very poor way of doing business and made me out to be the one that was wrong. Definitely doesn't understand or live by the Golden Rule of Business "The Customer is Always right!"

I found this company through an internet quote engine glass.net today. For my 2001 Civic 2 door windshield replacement, it was given $164 online quote by this shop, when I hit "Connect" button and finally got connected to the shop, the guy on the phone told me my price was $202. I asked him why there was almost $40 difference from his online quote, he said "there are molding fee, mobile service fee..." this fee and that fee, blahblah.. Classic example of Bait and Switching, you have been warned.

I posted a review under reipar earlier about this company. Before it even showed up I had already received a call from the owner. Turns out this was noting, but a misunderstanding on my part. The owner went out of his way to not only explain the situation to me, but also handled it all well after hours. Not only am I a satisfied customer, but next time I need glass they will be my first call.

I normally don't respond to other customers reviews because if the service was good or bad they have a right to express their feelings one way or another. However, the review below is in no way shape or form true. We had our issues like any other business meeting our financial obligations (including paying rent on time) due to the tough the economy. Unfortunately, we were in a situation where my company had to make financial adjustments to continue to operate. One of those adjustments was to move, which we notified our landlord. The landlord didn't like the outcome. As a result the landlord decided to take our deposit, block us from subleasing form another tenant, and refused to work with us in any fashion after 3 years of leasing. The landlord was not stiffed out of any money. The money that was due to him is equivalent to the deposit given to him three years ago. My company maintains an A- rating with the BBB and we were just recently invited as of 2/1/13 to be accredited. There are no hard feelings, I just wanted to set the record straight and protect my company's reputation. My new business partner and I plan on reaching out to him next week to resolve the issue.

We were his landlord and he stiffed out of many thousands of $s. He kept telling us he would pay. We worked with him many months before we finally had to evict him for non payment

called to get side window replaced, and was done next morning, Took the guy less than 30 min/ he never checked to see if window worked properly, opened door that afternoon and window fell insidew door/ manager blamed me/ i am into my 5th day calling for them to fix problem. manager keeps promising but they never show up, due to no window my DVD has been stolen. It has rained inside car damaging seats/carpet// I deliver furniture with this vehicle and cant now since i can,t lock up clients items. so I have lost new clients along with $356.00 of income. not counting the hours i have waited for the service guy to be therer and they never show up or even call.. I guess it getting time for legal action, the manager isnt concerned of the damage that is accuring to my vehicle due to his neglagent buisness.

James beat all other estimates and delivered when promised. Andrew was on time,in uniform,and courteous,a very important part of the overall service experience. I was very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Accuracy Glass!

It only took the Tech guy 30 min to install my windshield and the service manager was great to resolve any problems I had. Price for the work was much lower then other company. Would recommend to anyone.

I had to be a the airport for a flight and these guys were able to come to my business and change my windshield in 45 minutes. I would defiantly recommend Accuracy Auto Glass in Tucker. Ask for James
