The reviews you are seeing about this company are fake. They are written by friends & family of the business. I called this company to inspect my AC unit which was making a clicking followed by a loud clatter. The technician said he couldn't find anything wrong. I mentioned that I had looked on Google and many entries there indicated that it was most likely the fan motor failing. He instead stated that it looked like the capacitor may be leaking. I ask him what that entailed to replace it. The technician said "no problem I'm going to put one on in a minute". The original estimate on the phone was $179. When he finished I was presented with a bill for $449.95. I ask why such a difference in pricing and was told the capacitor was $180 plus labor. Later on AC unit acted up again (clicking & clatter) . I went on line to Amazon and found the motor I needed, but while on the site I ran across the exact Capacitor that was installed by the Tech. The only problem.... Brand new from Amazon $15.00, it literally takes 2 screws and about 1.5 minutes to replace this part. Call these guys at your own risk. I will not call them again!!!!

We have been using this company for over 30 years in 3 different homes. We have had everything from routine check ups to completely replacing heating and airconditioning systems. They have been reliable, prompt, courteous, efficient. They have done very well at solving problems and finding the most cost effective ways to fix things. They have been there for routine as well as emergencies. I can't find anything bad to say. And they clean up after themslves!

After coming home to an extremely hot house and finding out my A/C was out I contacted Ace&A. They were able to get someone out the same day, after a full inspection of my system it had turned out that my coils needed to be cleaned and due to in proper air flow my system wasn't working properly. The service tech was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The servicing of my system was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I'm even considering a prevnative matance contract with them. I am a very happy costumer.

Ace and A installed my furnace and Ac several years ago. I have had them come out twice this year for my furnace. Once it was very cold weather and they were here very quickly and fixed it in a short time. I was very pleased with the price. I had to call them again today. I had a termite inspection done yesterday and as it turns out the inspector evidently thought the switch on the furnace was a light switch and turned it off. I had already given the technician a check for the service call and he left . A few minutes later he was knocking on my door and said Bobby told him to return my check. They were not gonna charge me anything . I know of no other business that would do that. I cannot say enough about this company. When my batteries were going dead in my thermostat I had no idea how to change them. They talked me right through it on the phone. If you want to deal with a wonderful company that thinks about their customers and has good prices and are honest. Call Ace and A. You will be glad you did. I will never deal with anyone else. B. When your A/C goes out on a hot summer day in Atlanta, it's a minor emergency. Sometimes, however, the situation borders on catastrophe and requires an HVAC vendor to deliver truly exceptional service. We were recently faced with one of these rare cases and Ace & A came to our rescue. Our home is on the market, and we had an open house planned for Saturday and Sunday afternoon. On Friday at 1:30pm during an intense thunderstorm, our air conditioning went out! We tried resetting thermostats, etc., to no avail. so we quickly called Ace & A. After frantically describing our situation, I was transferred to Rick who quickly helped me troubleshoot over the phone. I communicated to Rick that I was willing to pay whatever was necessary to get this fixed before our first open house at 2pm on Saturday. Rick quickly set my expectations and then went to work. After a few calls, Rick had located a replacement furnace blower motor in North Carolina and a motor controller elsewhere in the Atlanta metro area. The motor was programmed and shipped out overnight directly to Rick's house - If necessary it would be hand-delivered to the airport to make sure it would get here in time. Rick dispatched James, a very nice technician, to come out on Friday night to do further diagnosis and again on Saturday morning to install the repair parts. On Saturday @ 1:25pm, our A/C was working again and our house was cool by 2pm. Disaster averted thanks to Ace & A!

Most people spend the majority of their day indoors where the air quality can be less than stellar. No wonder people go outside to "get some fresh air."
