Our AC went out on a Sunday, but thanks to the customer service line being available on weekends, we were able to schedule an appt. for Monday. The technician, Dion, was great not just at diagnosing the problem, but also explaining it in clear terms to me. He got the unit running and was friendly and professional throughout the call.

Ace and A are my normal heating and repair service and is always willing to work me in the same day. On this call I really do appreciate Dion coming out and fixing my air at a time when no one needs to be without air. It was a 2 day process but me and my entire family are cool and happy.

Ace & A Team responded quickly to downed AC unit. Fortunately, was a part replacement, but had to wait a day. Technicians were quick but thorough with their assessment. Made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Did not try to "upsell" a bunch of other services. Will all them again as needed.
Out AC went out last night and a wonderful technician, Dion, was here early this morning. He assessed the problem and it was fixed promptly.We have used Ace & A for many years and find them efficient and honest.Thanks, Dion!
In the middle of the recent heat wave, our AC unit went out. Ace & A came to the rescue - the same day - diagnosing the problem. We did have to wait for the part but we were thrilled with the outcome - cool, flowing air! I highly recommend this reputable company and their service was excellent overall. We also went on a service plan to boot - and saved 20 percent. It's a deal.
My air just stopped working in the middle of the nite. I called Ace & A; they sent a professional gentlemen to my home. He explained what the problem was, made the necessary adjustments and explained what I needed to do. His name was Dion. Absolutely an awesome person. I will continue to use this company.
Called for air conditioner service at 8:30, and had a wonderful employee, Chase, at my house by 2:30. Gave me all my service options and no pressure at all. Will definitely recommend.
We called in the morning and was given a 1 to 6 pm window for repair. Knowing I would have a phone call with a half hour warning to come home gave us more freedom. Within half an hour of the call, Chase came and gave us thorough explanations of how the unit worked and what our options would be at each step. We were panicked, but the whole visit cost us under $200 for the repair. Phew! Chase made us feel very well informed about all of our options ranging from very cheap (and hot) to having a new system. :) Loved these guys!

These guys came out last week during our mega heat wave. Even though they told me on the phone it would be at least 3 days before they could get to me, they called back later in the day and squeezed me in within 6 hours. We were able to sleep comfortably as a result!

Jermaine came by today to take care of a problem I had with my downstairs unit. I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance agreement as well and had both units serviced. They had a coupon so their agreement price was lower than my previous company by about $70. He was very thorough and spent more time here than any of the techs from my previous company ever did.

Called Ace & A after dealing with another company. AC unit had been losing freon and was quoted extremely high amount for an evaluation. Was able to get someone the same day I called. Chase came out, reviewed the system and found a problem. A very nice personable tech with a lot of useful tips. Chase said he would call Monday with an update on getting the repair done and we should have our system finally fixed.

Dion was courteous and professional. He didn't have the size filter that our system needed, but immediately said he would some by and leave one for us. He came to do a maintenance check on our system and we decided to sign up for the annual service plan. He let us know what work he thought we should do right away and what could wait until a later date. Sharon

My wife and I used Ace & A to replace our entire air-conditioning system five years ago and have been happy with it and with follow-up service since then. This week I noticed a leak from our attic that turned out to be a blocked pipe from our heat exchange unit. They came out next day (amazing!), fixed it quickly, and then gave me tips on maintaining our compressor and other minor ways to improve energy efficiency. Expert, fast service and friendly folks. We'd call on them again.
