Sunday night, I turned on the furnace for the first time this winter, but woke up to a cold house. I called 5 companies and chose Ace & A because their diagnosis rate was reasonable, they listened to me explain what was wrong, and they could send someone out today. The serviceman who came out got right to work, explained what was wrong, and explained the fix (near term and longer term). Within an hour the furnace was working again, and I did not cry when I got the bill. Truly 5 star service.

We've been with Ace & A for 5 years and wouldn't dream of not having them available if I need them. The tech has always been willing to explain things, particularly our new thermostat. I need a refresher and I am confident that the tech will give me the time I know. I also like having the opportunity to support a local business and I recommend Ace & A highly.

My air conditioner system was going out, so I decided to replace it. Tim arrived at my home and I explained to him what I needed. He gave me a great price on a replacement system. When Damon and Ray arrived to install it,they gave me a timeline when the job would be completed. Two other employeess arrived to help with the project and they finished within the timeline. When they left, there was no evidence that I had a new system installed because they clean up so well.

Both of my HVAC systems on my home went out during one of the hottest days of the year. I called Ace & A and they came out that same day, assessed the problem --1 unit was fixable while the other unit needed to be replaced.James fixed the unit that day and set up for the new install the next day. And they arranged for a finance plan with same-as-cash option. The install crew, Damon and Raymond, arrived on time, completed the job. Very professional and would definitely recommend to family and friends. -- Ray

I grew up using Ace & A and when I got my first home I immediately signed up for yearly service. Twice a year they do an inspection to make sure your systems are running smooth. Two houses later we still use Ace & A. I've had new units installed and older units serviced and each time Ace & A has proven to be reliable, courtesy, and reasonable. This last service was due to our AC not working properly. Chase Smith came out in the allotted time, serviced it, and even helped me get an additional service in a price I was able to afford. Chase worked hard to help me. I am loyal to Ace & A and in return they are loyal to me. I even love how Sheranda Lippert followed up with a hand written note to see how we were doing after the service. Switch to Ace & A, you won't be sorry!

I was very pleased with my Ace & A tech, James. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and I believe he gave me his best possible deal on my service. This was my third call to Ace & A over the past several years, and I do plan to continue their service.

Discovered my a/c was flooding on a weekend and shut it down. Called Ace & A and got quick service from Nicki at the home office. My tech rep was Dion and he worked hard for several hours to resolve the issue. Did an outstanding job and showed me several quick fixes I will be able to apply in the future. Great job!
