Went in to find a part for my faucet and waited for quite a while to get service. Finally asked an employee stocking a shelf and was told he would have to find someone to help me. (which never came) I asked the cashier if she could get me some help and she told me there were only 3 of them there. I spent 20 minutes in this store and left without my part. When I asked for the Ace corporate number I was told they were not actually an ACE store even though it says Ace on the sign outside. I won't be coming back to a Westlake store again if this is the norm.
