Installer reeked of alcohol
First and foremost, Leo reaked of alcohol when they arrived at 12:00. This made me nervous and apparently rightfully so. While the granite is nice, the "custom" sink cut out was done incorrectly causing us to have to dish out more money for a plumber to come out to fix it. When I called to speak with Bambi and express my concerns, she started raising her voice at me and came off incredibly rude and unprofessional. When Leo returned to look at the sink cutout he did incorrectly, still smelling of alcohol, he basically said he did not do anything wrong. I had a completely unprofessional experience in the end. I will never work with them again.
