Very poor customer service, this is coming from a customer of over 12 years. All was fine when they collected our payments, when you have a problem, the poor service shows. Had a problem with the alarm, found out it wasn't working as we canceled phone service a long time ago. No understanding for our families safety concern nor the amount of payments we've made in the meantime, Just told......This is why we ask customers to test their alarm monthly. Not how you treat a customer after so many years! We are switching service, sad they cant retain long time customers. Definitely would not recommend.

I've used Actio for almost 5 years. They were the least expensive service in town & their representatives were always pleasant & helpful. I recently just had two "zones" that needed to be repaired & was able to make an appointment for the next day, they gave me a 4 hour time frame but showed up within the 1st hour. The guy was very professional & quickly fixed the problems. I've never had any issues & their prices cannot be beat.

My wife and I setup an installation with Actio and they dropped the appointment and did not show up on the scheduled day. Upon calling them, the representative (Ken Motter) was not very apologetic and unwilling to make the situation right for us. He was great the first time we met him, but was terrible in dealing with the dropped installation. I strongly advice against using this company, or specifically this individual within the company -- for what it's worth, the woman who answers the phones did not share his attitude.
