When I called Action Air I was promised same day service. Yes, it might be in the afternoon but they were committed to showing up regardless of how late it became. They called me again at 5pm to promise again that it might be late but they would be there. As soon as it grew dark the technician called with excuses saying he would have to come the next morning. When he showed up the next morning without remorse, I asked to have my refrigerant leak fixed. There is obviously a leak since this was the third time in a year the coolant ran out. Instead the technician refilled it, presented me a bill for $140 and begged off solving the problem. He was doing me a favor because fixing a leak like that is expensive. Like constantly refilling coolant isn't? In short, he offered nothing for the inconvenience of not making their original promise and he refused to do the work I requested. If your idea of great service is being treated as inconsequential then Action Air is your company.
