If you want a rude racist salesperson talking to you and telling you that they are obligating you by giving you an Acura(after you pay 40K) then go for this dealership. I went there after a few email exchanges with one of the sales guy where he said he will save me money on another quote. Once I reached there, a new guy came up who quoted me 500 more than the original quote. Upon asking him about the quote he said they never said they will save me money only that they will "try". Fair enough. On his new price I said I need to think. "THe price is only good for 40 mins". And then he says "Why are you here if you dont want to buy, why didnt you buy from the dealer next to you". I had enough and told him Im leaving. "What can we do to get your business?". Well to start with, have someone who knows how to talk when a family is around and not physically start threatening the customer.

We have been shopping for a pre-owned TL for a few months now. Have gone to Carland for a couple years to get work done on our '05 MDX and loved the service staff. Found a good deal online for Carland...when we got there the ticket price on the car wasn't the same as the listed price online. But the rep quickly found out the ticket was wrong. On top of that we told him what we could pay and they made it work. They didn't try to give me their "closest" offer. They worked to the price we needed and their financing beat our credit union's rate. Our sales rep, Corey, was great! He was honest from the start and was great to work with. We also had a toddler with us and the staff was very friendly and playful with her even when she was fussy. Would and do recommend it when shopping for Acura.

read all fine print before you waste your time. if you can't receive shipments at your billing address, they make you jump thru hoops. will not be receiving any more business from my company.

I went there this past weekend to go get the car I had found online. First they marked up the original price of the car to 31,500$ when it was supposed to be 30,000, then the sales rep was horrible he wasn't willing to talk at all. He was rude, and kept boosting his dealership. Two days later I got a call telling me that the car had been sold, and that my offer was unreasonable.(I didn't even make an offer). I went to the dealership again after I got the call the car was still there on display. I would never recommend this dealership. Way overpriced and con artists.

After a couple of year of great service from this dealer, they seem to be reverting back to their old 2005 ways. I recently took my car to get my rear door locks checked out. I declined the $700 repair and I thought that was the end of it, until driving to work the very next day, my CEL came on and I lost all power from the accelerator. I had to pull over right away to avoid getting run over. When I turned the car back on I got power back to the accelerator, but the CEL remained. Fearing I wouldn't make it back to the dealer before it happened again, I stopped by the nearest Auto repair shop to get it checked out. They cleared the error, and said it was more than likely a computer glitch possibly caused by my most recent service visit. Luckily this incident hadn't occurred again and I am also glad this didn't happen on the highway. On the service survey, I told the Service Manager what had happened, but after two weeks, my concerns were completely ignored; not even a courtesy call to see if everything was alright now. That's fine with me, because guess what, I got rid of my Acura and traded it in in favor of a company that takes quality more seriously. I'll never buy another Acura again, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with the bad attitudes at Carland anymore. BTW I repaired the door locks myself for over 75% less than what they wanted to charge. If you do have an Acura however, I suggest going to Ed Voyles for service, no attitudes over there.

I am not sure if the economy and decrease in car sales is causing this dealership to try to increase service revenues to offset decreased sales revenues, but I recently took my car there and was told I needed over $1700 worth of service work done on the car. Before anyone even looked at the car (it was still in the parking lot), I was told I probably needed a new timing belt ($1100), as well as additional work that would total about $1700. As it turns out, I did not need the timing belt, but "needed" several other services which totaled, not suprisingly, right at $1700. Finding this hard to believe, I picked up the car and took it to an independent third party (Christian Brothers Automotive). They ran tests on all of the systems (and provided me a copy of the form they complete that sets out the results) and found the car was in need of NO work (other than new tires in the next 3-6 months). Very, very disappointed. (BTW, I highly recommend Christian Brothers. They were great).

I've been coming to Acura Carland for 6-7 years now with 2 different TL's. The service department has always treated me like family, and there isn't anything they haven't done for me. They have helped me out more often than not, and they have NEVER recommended something that shouldn't have been done. You can trust these folks. They are good, honest people in the service department. Thanks for being there - they've been my life savers several times.

Friend's. I usually get my car serviced at Ed Volyles Acura and it is the best so far. I went to ACURA CARLAND last time as it was near my home. This place is terrible. I got service done with them and I paid so much of money, but they still could not fix problem. I had to show up to their service 3 or 4 times for same issue, but still no luck. Even their customer service is terrible. Would never go back. Would not recommend this place. Try Ed volyles Acura. Best service and knowledge

Been going to Carland for two years now. Each time I go there, they always try their best in fixing the car for warranty repairs. Often times, other dealers will simply say "Problem cannot be duplicated". I.e. they're too lazy to spend the time to diagnose the problem. It's different at Carland. The people actually TRY to find the problem and if they can't find it, they always tell you to come back right away when the problems happens.

I have a 2003 Acura TL-S and about a year after I bought the car in May of 2002, it had transmission problems. Around that time, it was well-known that the car had a recall and issues with the transmission. After they "fixed" the problem, my transmission starting acting up again another year later. This time, they said they would replace the transmission all under warranty. Well, my transmission has problems again. So, I called Carland in Duluth and they wanted me to drive the car from Roswell to Duluth. I told them that I could barely drive it yet they still wanted me to get up there via tow truck so they could look at it all out of pocket. Knowing the transmission history and my car service history, they should of been a little more sympathetic. So, I took it to another Acura dealer. What I found out was that Carland never replaced the tranmission on my second visit, they just applied a "band-aid" (gear box). Who knows why they didn't replace the transmission the second time around but it's obvious that they had little concern over my safety despite an impending class action lawsuit, transmission recall, and Acura issued an extended warranty because of this issue. It's a shame that another dealer has to tell me about the real problem and are going to actually make an effort to eliminate them. If anything good came out of this, it's that I saw a real difference in treatment between two different Acura dealership companies.

Back in Feb 2006, I received a recall / warranty card from Honda re my 1996 Integra GSR. The recall was for the emissions system. I took my car to Acura Carland for the first time. Jack, a service coordinator, handled my request. They took my car in at the prescribed time and provided a loaner, a very nice loaner I might add. My service was done as described in addition to some other work I requested. The work I requested developed a problem. I called and spoke with Jack who set up an appt to investigate. I dropped the car off and was given a loaner, another very nice loaner. Jack called back after the service tech investigated and informed me that some other component had failed. Being a bit of a shade-tree mechanic, I knew the part in question was ailing. I authorized Jack to complete the repairs. Keep in mine I have spent several thousand dollars thusfar between these two visits. But knowing cars and the cost of parts and labor, it was worth it. It's been several mos since that service and if I should ever need service for my Integra again, I'll make a beeline to Jack and Acura Carland in Duluth. This dealership gets 3 thumbs up from me !!!

I used to go to Ed Voyles Acura, but find Acura Carland to be much better! The service guys are familiar faces each time (not much employee turnover), and they are always professional and friendly. Prices are competitive and the work is great. Car is always washed and vacuumed and ready to go on time!

I use the service department at this location for all of my maintenance on my Integra. I have had a wide variety of services performed and the service is always top-notch. They go above and beyond what is required to create a comfortable, convenient experience.

Acura Carland has provided excellent service on my MDX. Chuck, service manager, goes above and beyond for each and every client. The vacuum and wash after every service is great; as is the shuttle to Gwinnet Place Mall.
