Beware, 7/18/2008

It is with disappointment that I must add a negative review. His crew was to load a 26' Penske truck we provided. They did a poor job loading the truck, and charged me $455 for it. Additionally, I... had requested a 3-man crew, Adam only sent 2 men. They informed me they had to leave by 1pm to attend another move, which put our move at a disadvantage for load time. I hired another company to come out the next day to unload and reload the truck, and they put 30% more items into it. This is a substantial gain on a truck 26 feet long. We had space issues with Adam's load the day before, which were resolved in the re-load. I contacted Adam and he was unwilling to admit his crew did a poor job even after I presented him with a receipt for over $800 for the re-load. I was polite during this process. Our entire move was delayed by over a day and cost way more than it should have. Adam ignored my communication attempts and would not respond to e-mails about the matter, even though during the scheduling of the move he would reply immediately. They are great and friendly when everything goes well, but if anything goes wrong Adam plugs his ears and runs for the hills.
