Rude owners. I cancelled their service over the phone and 8 months later they sent me to collections. I never hired them - I only followed my pest control person that I had for 10 years when he changed companies. When that person passed away - I told them I wanted to hire someone more local. They must be desperate for business to run their business this way. I would never recommend a company that tries to force you to use them.

I am sorry that Regina feels we were rude. She signed an agreement with our company and we sent her a copy twice as she asked. We even tried to do her services twice and arrived at her house only to have her refuse services. She could not tell us who or when she had cancelled the services and still had us coming to her house again and again. We had a very lovely man who had a very bad experience with Marksmen so we took him in when no one else would. He passed away in April 2011 while getting dental work done and while we were at his funeral the ex-boss at Marksmen was calling the customers Larry had and telling them he would take them back. Marks did not come to the funeral. We have over 4500 customers and they are very glad to be our customers. We have to put people under an agreement to do business with them because we are regulated to do this for their files. We are sorry that people do not feel that they have to HONOR anything that they sign anymore, but we are only talking about $85 for quarterly pest control on a very large house. She said "I never hired them", but we have an agreement with her signature on it, what does that mean ??, and we never forced her to use us, that is also false.
After our first treatment it was down hill. Roaches kept on coming back and so did the company. Our second treatment I wanted to cancel, Gina was extremely rude and threatened to send me to collections if I abandoned the contract. Finally the year is over. Also I never had the same pest guy that came out, security is a big issue for us. Bye Bye

We do not know who this person is. If they were having problems with german roaches we would have treated and then scheduled a follow up for them. We also would counsel them on keeping the home cleaner for the roaches to go to the baits instead of dishes in the sink, non sanitary conditions, etc for our service to work. We have to treat these on a monthly basis and have the homeowner help themselves by doing as we have instructed or they are not going to get the best results. We use more products in the beginning so we have to have the customer also realize this is a process and not an overnight fix. The roaches did not get there overnight and are not going away overnight. We screen all of our employees before hiring and they have a scheduled territory. They are human and get sick from time to time and go on vacation, but not knowing who this customer is we cannot tell if they had anyone but one technician to their house. As the customer said, we kept coming back and I would call that very dedicated. I hope that they can find what they are looking for, but it sounds like they may always have this issue until they start following the instructions we have given them.
