I booked this company for my wedding, however, they did not show up on my wedding day. I had been in constant contact with the owners Terry and Mary in the weeks before the wedding and everything seem to be fine. I was told that Terry would be the driver for my wedding and I sent them all of the details including phone numbers for my venue coordinator as well as my photographer. On the day of my wedding while I was out taking pictures with my husband, 35 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time (1:45) Terry called my cell phone (1:09) to tell me they had no driver for me and there would be no bus arriving. Of course I did not have my cell phone with me and did not receive the call. The entire wedding party was dressed and waiting for the bus when we finally called to learn that there would be no bus. Terry only made ONE phone call to try and get a hold of me and did not call any of the other numbers I supplied them with to try and give me some type of heads up. Needless to say I was very upset and it really put a damper on my day. In my opinion I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I was in a wedding party on Saturday. At 2 O'clock we were all dressed and ready to go downtown for pictures. When the bus wasn't there by 2, we called. The owner, Terry, said he left us a voice-mail earlier. He called at 1:25 pm to tell us he WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK US UP. Only 35 minutes notice! This left not only the bridal party stranded, but also over 75 guests at the hotel who had no way to get to the venue. The owner did NOTHING to compensate us. He could not find a driver to operate his bus. He just apologized. The bride had to spend her day worrying about her transportation, instead of enjoying herself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not reliable and unable to help when it was their error.

This limo service was actually cheaper and seemed like an ok service to book....until the actual wedding day. After the limo arrived and we finally got done greeting our guests I (the groom) was approached by limo driver right before he was supposed to take us up to the reception hall. It was a total of .8 miles down the road. He stated, "your time is up right now, you need to call the owner and see about booking additional time." We had to go .8 miles up the road and they wanted me, in the middle of my wedding day, to call up the limo service and try and rent or work out another agreement, in the middle of my wedding day!!! I think they handled the entire situation very unprofessionally! To top it all off I had to call a friend to come and pick myself and the remainder of the groomsman up from the chapel to take us to the wedding reception. They clearly showed that they don't care about anything, but getting their money. If this was discussed after the day I would have been happy to talk about over charges, but this is not something that any bride/groom needs to be approached with during one of the biggest days of their lives. In the end I guess you get what you pay for in regards to this service. I would not recommend this to anyone in the Springfield/Dayton area.

Willow Wind Carriage & Limousine did our wedding transportation and were great. Horse drawn carriage , a shuttle bus for our guests and we used their limousine for the ride to our hotel. Drivers were dressed great and very friendly. Would use Willow Wind again for any transportation needs we might have.
