Custom NOT the way to go, 3/18/2014

Perhaps you should buy direct from floor. I ordered a custom sofa 8/30/13. Eight week delivery time promised. 1/15/14 sofa supposedly delivered to store damaged. Sofa refused. No photos were taken so... I do not know if actually arrived. I was told the process would have to be started over. Refund requested and given. Two custom chairs ordered 11/15/13. Four week delivery time promised. Chairs delivered 1/11/14 damaged. Poor product manufacturing. Not enough fabric so chairs ripped. Told manufacturer refused to rework/redo chairs. Both returned and refund given. Rug ordered 12/17/13. 2 week delivery time promised. Rug finally picked up 1/10/14, or sometime thereof. 2 custom pillows and custom table cloth ordered 12/17/13. 4 week delivery time promised. Items picked up 3/11/14. Table cloth not as per specs/design. Wrong back fabric used on pillows. Return and refund refused. Throughout entire process after 11/15/13 many calls, emails and text messages were sent by me requesting delivery dates and then explanations for delays. None were given. Some excuses offered. VERY poor customer service if any given at all. Had to beg for communication and still none given.
