Quality roofing, reasonable price,friendly service
After requesting estimates to re-roof both my patio and tile roofs, I went with Advance Roofing Systems for price, quality reputation and convenience. Other companies wouldn't re-roof patios, but Advance Roofing does all roof types. The company owner provided the actual estimates and helped deal with the insurance company. The foreman, John, and his roofing crew planned and performed the work in a friendly, professional and very quality-conscious manner. They worked around my schedule and hustled to get the job done before Christmas. On the roof, they laid down two coats of underlayment and nailed each tile shingle down. On the patio, they removed previous coating and flooring, redecked the patio with quality plywood, replace facia boards and sealed the patio seams, edges and even the screw heads (note, not nailheads) before coating the deck floor with two coatings and paint. The deck looks great! I am very satisfied with their work and feel fortunate to have chosen them.
