Advanced ENT Atlanta provides outstanding, personalized care and service. Lyn is an exceptional Audiologist. She is extremely knowledgeable about auditory issues as well as the latest technology. Coupled with her keen observation skills, Lyn has a remarkable ability to custom tailor her healthcare approach to the individual . She picked up on elements of my hearing that I didn't even notice until after she pointed them out to me, such as certain consonant sounds that are prominent to me. Dr. Golde is an extremely knowledgeable, caring Otolaryngologist. He is able to explain medical issues and details in such a way that is both informative and accessible to the average patient. Recently, Lyn noticed an aberration on one of my routine audiological exams. She conferred with Dr. Golde, who ordered blood tests. As it turns out, they detected a rare autoimmune condition, and they referred me to a rheumatologist for treatment. Left untreated, that issue could have become life-impacting, and thanks to their observation, I am receiving treatment for a much more manageable condition. The entire staff works together, from scheduling, through office visits, to billing, to ensure a seamless patisn't experience. It is a professionally-run organization, based on customer service and patient experience. I highly recommend Advanced ENT Associates, and I have consistently recommended them to my friends.

I was a patient of Dr. Mickelson. I had one procedure that caused me a trip to the emergency room the following weekend, then was provided a CPAP machine that supposedly was "covered by my insurance" but it after receiving belated monthly statement for the machine, say it wasn't covered, i returned it. Found another ENT, got the procedure done that I wanted and have not had a problem since. I refused to pay for the extra unsubscribed charges so they turned me over to collection so they could ding my credit. Also like others mentioned, had constant 30+ minute waits for scheduled appointment. Bottom line: Didn't get the treatment required, poor follow up treatment. Excessive charges for fees that your were not aware of. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Golde is super and so is his staff. I don't mind waiting to see him. He solved my problem when no one else could or would. He gave me time to explain the problem and what ridiculous answers I was given. He then wrote a descent treatment plan and referred me to someone on my insurance for further help. He is great.

As a first-time patient, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor--and my consultation lasted only 20 minutes. And that was after I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance! When I confronted the office manager with the situation, he was unsympathetic, unhelpful, and acted as if I had nothing to complain about. What a shame...I'm sure the doctors are nice, but unless you enjoy being overlooked and waiting endlessly, go somewhere else.

I absolutely love Dr. Andrew Golde!! I have never seen a doctor like him. He always gives his full attention and care to his patients. This may mean having to wait a little at visits, but the wait is completely worth it. He did surgery on me a few years ago, and he had the best bedside manner of any doctor that I have ever seen. The only complaint that I would have is that his office staff is lacking. But the doctor and his nurse, Sissy, are the greatest!!
