I went to see Dr. Schayes after a trip abroad left me a stomach bug. She quickly diagnosed what I had and told me to take some antibiotics. Although the service was completed, it was very quick, impersonal, and I felt like they assumed I would not understand what went into my diagnosis and treatment. They are very quick and give me little confidence that they actually have explored the possibilities of the cause of my illness - most of what they tell you I printed off of WebMD or MayoClinic.com the next day anyway!

I have experienced good service here. As an added bonus, the waiting room has a computer terminal for those who are waiting to use. (brilliant!) Doctor was running behind, staff made sure to keep me updated. Nice staff, great doctors. Would highly recommend.

I had a test result show a serious medical problem and my physician (note, most of the doctors there are residents) left me a message on my voicemail about it! Then I couldn't get anyone to return my calls for over a week. I finally just showed up and demanded to see someone immediately. I have never had such a difficult time contacting a physician and we all know they're difficult to get on the phone anyway. The office is kind of dark and while the exam rooms are clean, the waiting room isn't so clean. As for the friendliness of the desk staff it's hit or miss. One employee was always super nice and helpful, the other one always made me feel like asking her to do her job was competely unreasonable. I'd find another office. This one is just not responsive when it comes to messages.

I have been going to the Dunwoody Emory Clinic for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. We all hate waiting for the doctor, but I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Plus, my doctor is knowledgeable and caring. If I ask her a question, she answers it then and there. She has even pulled another doctor into the room for a second opinion. I really feel cared for when I walk in the door!
