I love Affinity, it's the only granite company you should use in the area! I've used Affinity for bathroom projects and went immediately to them again to quote quartz for my Kitchen remodel. They were half the price of Premier Surfaces and had a much better turn around. The office staff is wonderful and they are always on time and prompt. My kitchen looks gorgeous! I won't use anyone else in the area, no one beats Affinity on all levels!

Very professional from when we first walked in the showroom through installation. Top tier service and quality, not the cheapest in town but absolutely exceeded all expectations, including quality, speed, communications, staff, installation, and follow up. I am stingy with stars but they got 5.

Very unprofessional. I met with one of their staff recently. She said she would get an architect to review her design and get back to me in a week. When I didn't hear back I called the co. and she made up a story that she was almost ready with my design. When I didn't hear back, I realized she wasn't reliable. Huge waste of my time!!

I had no experience with granite. Chris Hornby, the project manager I worked with was very patient and helpful. He has a wealth of knowledge of renovation projects in general which is very helpful as he can see the "big picture". The company delivers and installs a high quality product as promised. Talk to other people and then visit Chris at Affinity and you will see the difference. Ultimately though, each homeowner needs to find the person or company that he or she feels most comfortable with but for me, Chris sealed the deal! I highly recommend Affinity Stoneworks.

We hired Affinity to remodel our kitchen this summer and they did a great job. We gave them a budget and they stuck to it. All the folks were professional and friendly. The job was completed on time. I truly believe you get what you pay for and I would recommend Affinity to our family and neighbors.

We had our kitchen counters put in. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in a timely fashion and backed up their product. They were pleasant on the phone and in person. Our kitchen looks beautiful!

Affinity Stoneworks was recommended to us by neighbors; we'd seen the nice job they had done. From our first visit to the showroom, we had good impressions from all the helpful staff. Initially we were planning to replace our kitchen countertops and the tile backsplash, but we really weren't all that happy with several other features in the kitchen and finally wound up gutting it and re-doing everything. Affinity gave us advice and were there as we worked through another contractor who did our cabinets. The granite price we received was quite competitive and the actual measuring, delivery, and installation were all handled in the most professional manner. When we wound up with problems with our range fitting in the allotted space, even though this had been the carpenter's installation error, Affinity sent out two men who came and worked to ensure that the granite fit with the range and the cabinets correctly. Affinity handled the tile backsplash, and it was done beautifully. Later when the granite settled due to weight, a crack in the grout appeared between the backsplash and the countertop. Affinity didn't flinch, saying, "This isn't an uncommon problem. Don't worry, we can take care of it." They sent out another expert who re-caulked all and it looks lovely again. We couldn't ask for better service and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reputable, service-minded, and fair company to do their granite work.

I very recently ordered granite from Affinity for my entire kitchen and it was installed yesterday. Received fantastic service from Rocky and Chris (inside sales and management) and again from Gar (templates) to David & Riggs (installation)!! My kitchen looks stunning! Even my son's friends noticed and mentioned how great it looks! I'll definitely call Affinity again when I'm ready to re-do my bathrooms!! Thanks Rocky for all of your help!! You're the BEST! I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I purchased our granite from Affinity Stoneworks in 2003. After spending $10K with them, we were very unhappy with the service and installation of the granite. The seams in the granite were large. One seam was even placed near the sink. I am sure we have water damage to our cabinets now. Recently in 2008 we called them to repair the large holes in the seams of the granite. They charged us $150 and did not do a good job. I called to complain about the repair and they gave me the complete run around and did not return my phone calls. They simply do not care about their customers or the quality of their work. The granite was a good price when we bought it. However, doing business with them is simply not worth it.

Our neighbor used Affinity to redo her kitchen countertops and backsplash. They also helped her redesign her island and it looked very nice. I called them and asked for a similar service, and their response was "we are NOT kitchen designers" We did go ahead and purchase our granite from them because they had a good price. The backsplash tiles were ordered incorrectly, and after months of a big hol ein the backsplash, I ordered them myself and installed them myself. Decent prices but the customer service is not great.

This Company was all about the sale. They worked with us diligently until we picked the granite and things went downhill from there. They tell you what you want to hear - don't return calls - can't explain the charges (one lump sum - NO itemization). Most companies itemize. I guess their slightly lower prices are reflected in the service. Spend more and go to big box retailer.

Affinity has a really hard time telling the truth to their customers. They told us a lot of things they thought we wanted to hear just to get the business. From the beginning and through the installation process it was a nightmare. Mistake after mistake, and they were unwilling to do what it takes to make us happy. Spending $7k + doesn't make a bit of difference to these people. Look around before you buy and don't fall for their stories, they probably aren't true.
