I ordered a part from them, it came in damaged when i called to let them know they gave me the run around about giving me a refund. They made me send it back and promised to send me a new part well i waited over a week with no new part and by the time i got it i already got a new one somewhere else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Can you please contact me. What part did you order and how did we deliver it?? We have not been contacted by anyone complaing about a damaged part. We ship out over 1,000 parts a week and very rarely Fed Ex will damage a part during shipping but we always replace it or give a refund. You have not even told me which vehicle it was for or which part. (Everything we ship out is fully insured) Therefore if this was a damaged part we would automatically put a claim with the parcel carrier. If you are a genuine customer and not a competitor, then contact me and I will sort this issue out with you immediately.
I had to replace my shattered windshield and needed to rub off some rust near the roofline the other day. So I called a few shops to get the estimate. Some gave me around $350, some quoted $100 to $500, Bob Soks on Grandriver quoted $500 to $2000 (Are these guys insane?). I needed a solid reliable estimate before I turned in my car so that I can plan ahead. This is the only shop that asked me to take pictures and send them in so that they can give a very solid quote. What a way to help customers!! I would recommend them to anyone anyday.
