Spetic Tank Service
Affordable Plumbing came out to my home to pump two independent septic systems and inspect that they were working properly. They cost a little bit more ($150.00) than my average quote but due to the 5 star review I decided to use them.

They arrived on time and were very friendly. While locating the first septic tank the broke a water main into the home. They quoted me 100 dollars extra to fix it and stated "you can pay us 75.00 and we will leave or 100.00 extra and we will repair and finish the job." The water main was in a bad spot so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

While digging up the second septic tank they ripped up the phone line leading into the house. So now the home does not have a phone line.

They did a great job cleaning the septic tanks and explained everything they were checking and how the septic is suppose to work.

Then they repaired the water main using a neighbors parts but still charged me 100.00. They rushed the job and were in a huge hurry.

All in all: They arrived on time and were friendly. They cost more than average. I would like to think if I went with another company next time I wont have to worry about a water line and a phone line being pulled up. They went 2 for 2 breaking things as they dug up the tanks. They explain things well and show you what they are looking for.

I now have to pay for a new phone line and had to pay to repair the water main($100) even though they used our parts.

THE SUMMARY IS MOSTLY TRUE: HOWEVER,please keep in mind that the top of a septic tank should not have utilities and water lines running over them. The yard was at least 100 feet wide. There is nor reason for the water line being there. The customer stood there, saw what happened and agreed. I guess the contractors that build the home was playing a bad joke. This is unfortunate. Fantastic service
Fast, affordable, and friendly service. We called them last night, and they were out this morning (2 hours ahead of schedule!) They charge by the job rather than by the foot, saving us a lot of money. We trust this company and wouldn't use anyone else.

GREAT service!
I recently used this company to replace an old water heater. I went with tankless and am very happy with the results. The plumber who came out was Kenny and he was wonderful - professional and knew his job. He had to come out a couple times to retrofit the unit - he always arrived when he said he would, left everything tidy when he left and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone!

Friendly, Professional, Honest, Quick
I called Affordable in the middle of the night on a Saturday because I needed my 1000 gallon septic tank pumped out and inspected. They called me back at 7 AM Sunday morning and setup an appointment for that afternoon. Rick and Rickey called in advance and arrived at the promised time. I paid $499 for the pump out, which included locating the tank. They got the job done quickly and with minimum disruption to my lawn. While servicing the tank they offered to put in an access hatch and access pipe for an additional $500. I declined because of the aesthetics but I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn't want. The whole staff were professional, courteous, and informed me in detail about the (good) condition of my tank and what I can do to keep it that way, shining a light inside after they had emptied it. They also didn't mind when I took photos to help locate the tank more easily next time. While their prices are average, their speed and service exceeded it by a lot. When the time comes that I need help with my septic system again, I will be calling Affordable Plumbing back to my home.

Call This Plumber!
My home had a clogged line to the sewer and we couldn't use water in our house. Called on Friday around noon and they were there working that afternoon and even through the weekend, including Sunday,to get my house water again. I appreciated them being outside working past dark, including Rick himself, so my family could have water in our home. Dedicated, honest, reliable. I would call them again.
