I had six windows replaced. They were done in a very reasonable amount of time The quality and price were more than competative. I would definately call them again as the need arises.

We were looking to replace our vinyl sliding glass door handle. (Heavy door wear and tear.) I phoned several companies and had them come in and give us estimates. They ALL said we needed a new door and several of them said we would need a new frame as well. They all basically said that the door handle style and the holes on the door were unique, thereby not obtainable? Troy came over and took a look at the handle. He measured the length between the two holes and let me know it'd be a couple of days before he could get it fixed. Pleasantly surprised, I decided to ask about the sliding glass door top frame that was somewhat bowed downward. Troy said a screw could be put where it was sagging a bit and that would fix it. WOW! Honesty, a small town feel. I really liked that. He recognized how difficult it was to open and close the door. He said it was because the door was so heavy but there were things they could do to help that. He took the door off to see what was going on and cleaned it the door crevices! How nice. It did help. He told me to see how it was and if need be they would change the wheels and metal sliding strip. A couple of days later Troy's employee returned and took care of everything. Amazing. My door opens without problem. The price compared to a new door - 1/5 of the price. I will continue to use this company because of the owner, Troy. Rarely found integrity

I don't normally write reviews, but I researched and interviewed about 10 prior companies before choosing Affordable Xcellence to fix my windows. We purchased our home in January newly remodeled from the previous owners including new dual pane vinyl windows, which were not installed correctly, leaking and loose. Troy came out for an estimate and was early (as compared to other companies who were late or never showed) and was very honest and explained the repairs well. I received a bid within 48 hours and they were able to schedule the repairs for the following week! The bid was fair compared to others proposals and they did an excellent job repairing the mess the previous owners did to the windows. They worked hard all day and stayed until the job was done around 8pm! I would recommend them for your job, I am glad I chose them for my repairs.

It was a messy job to replace my casement windows with beautiful double-pane ones, but you could not have told that by how tidy AX was. Good communications, super value.

Mike was a pleasure to work with! We were interested in getting several windows tinted in the family room which face North, to cut down on the amount of heat. - Mike suggested a particular film to use, and WOW, amazing results and also very reasonably priced! Will definitely recommend! They did a great job!
