Very helpful and knowledgeable
I have not personally used this company; however just got off the phone with Richard Johnson at Air Allegen and he provided me with a lot of helpful information. I called because I am worried that I may have mold growing in my linen closet and I wanted to describe what I saw and ask his advice on the steps I should go about with my apartment management. Richard went above and beyond in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this business because he treats others with the same respect that he would like to be treated. Nothing gets any better than the Golden Rule when it comes to running your business and taking care of people!
