Took a chance on calling a new HVAC company after using the same on for 10 years. So glad I did! Dennis was here less than 2 hours after my initial call -- which was pretty amazing since I called at 1:00. He spent nearly 2 hours diagnosing the problem with my heat pump, and was extremely thorough in his explanation and recommendation on how to fix the problem. He was not pushy in the least, but gave me the knowledge to make an educated consumer decision. I will be calling them again to do the work needed to keep my system working efficiently.

Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, kind, honorable--they have kept me warm and cool for many, many years. Dennis and all his crew are simply the best.

I wanted to support our local businesses and get good service. I called for A/C repair on Saturday morning and received service on Saturday morning. Joey was professional & prompt.

When I needed to replace my outside air conditioning unit (condenser), I had Air Control Atlanta replace the entire system, furnace, condenser, and inside coil, with a Lennox 14 seer system.
When I was getting quotes I was surprised that some air conditioning contractors did not even call me back. In contrast, Dennis and Joey, at ACA were very responsive, answering all my questions, and arranging a quick and quality installation, at a fair price.
